Love their frutas con crema! Wish they made it a little bigger but you definitely get what you pay for. Salads are great but definitely need more chicken? love their drinks always friendly, clean and delicious!!

Hojas has been my go to for great coffee. I really like being able to use toast lab and pre order my food, they’ve never failed in taste. Would I recommend that management gets a hold on improvement of customer service ? Yes ! But I think that goes for everywhere in Los Ángeles.

very slow service/ response Took them forever to give cheese cake slice and Avocado toast , had to remind them after half an hour. Same happened earlier when I asked for a water cup while paying cash at the register
Very bad service. I didn't even want to get a refund, they already initially didn't even have the first drink that I wanted and the management is very poor from the manager in the back of the kitchen who makes the drinks. I wanted the drinks remade since they were very watered down. However I was declined this service with a, "No", response that came from who I believe is the manager in the back of the kitchen. It's very sad that you can actually go to a place in 2021 where not even a simple exchange of teas can be given to you. Not even a refund. DO NOT COME HERE at all if you expect great customer service, and common courtesy. Again, I didn't want a refund just an exchange of drinks. Never coming to this poorly executed establishment again.
