Their drive thru was extremely slow. It took me more than 30 mins to wait for my order. I had to go inside to wait for my food since it wasn't ready by the time I ordered. They were out of crunchy tacos too so that also didn't make it a good day to go to this location.

My first time here.after she charge me ,she said oh we don't have breast I said ok then after I ask for salad and coleslaw, she come back and said we don't have it either. Hardly she gave forks and salsa. NEVER I come here again.

Drive-thru customers beware. This is the 2nd TIME that el pollo has gotten my order wrong. Drive thru employee was rude and couldn’t care less about our order. We ordered a three piece meal with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I got home and found out that they only gave us a two piece meal with mashed potatoes but no broccoli. They couldn’t even give us the correct order since we ordered a three piece chicken meal and got only two pieces and no broccoli. Tried calling but they never picked up. I remember when el pollo loco was a respectable franchise. If you want to eat here, try another location because the staff here need retraining.

Got the new shredded beef burrito no beans or sour cream took forever slow service my number was 369 and they passed me up they were serving number up to 375 had to ask twice where my order was finally got it cut it open had beans and sour cream took it back told Mgr on duty not very friendly made me another burrito was half the meat from my first burrito where's the beef more lettuce and rice felt rip off

This was the 1st ever issue with the Wilmington, Ca location...I've always brought home a great meal for my family...but, the food I got served yesterday was Atrocious! The restaurant was only open 20 mins and I'm served BURNT Chicken.. Totally BURNT and rice that probably only cooked 7 mins! It was honestly raw.. I just can't believe they could serve me food like that!

Pollo local still reasonable for their prices even better when you use one other digital coupons in the app

Bad service today by Edgar and Roxana i need to speak to your supervisor. This location was empty with only 1 customer i dined in for 25 minutes and there was 16 people total because i was attracting customers to your business unlike the bad service i received from Edgar over a soft drink cup Roxana didn't give me after i paid retrain these adults or fire them apparently Edgar doesn't need the job

The drive thru was long, so I decided going in store to order. Turns out it would be the same, the person in front of me had a long order, totaling about $100+. Instead of giving my order first, which was just the 14 pc meal which the guy also ordered (so the staff could’ve just gave me that and get another one after), I had to wait more than 20 minutes, uhhh such a waste of time. I suggest just going to the drive thru then. The staff was nice but they don’t understand that not all customers have the time to wait and they should prioritize small orders if they can, specially if they have a similar order to the large order, just give that to the small order and fill in later on to the large order while other things from it is being made.

They have closed the dine in I have to go to drive thru and I don’t know why always on this specific pollo loco I got the wrong order
