I usually order out from here and the ramen is sometimes good to mediocre. I thought that maybe enjoying a sit down dinner would make the ramen taste better but I was so wrong. The service was so bad that I'm never spending my money here again. To start off the broth was way too spicy and peppery without any of the umami flavor. The noodles didn't have much flavor and under cooked. As far as the service goes the waitresses didn't bother to be attentive at all. They visited my table to get my order, drop off food and pick up the check. Out of those times we had to flag them down every time to get their attention . Our appetizer dishes remained on our table the whole meal and we never got asked if we wanted more drinks and this includes beers which we wanted more of. Also, the waitress was rude when it came time to pay the bill. I understand if the restaurant is busy you need to be in a rush but we made sure to arrive 2 hours before dinner rush and they only had 3 other tables to wait on. Had they given us better service we would had spent more money and left with a pleasant experience.
I was in here today and oh my taste buds went crazy I got a take out spicy beef bowl dang was it good and I thought it was cool that there was a qr menu thank you guys for awesome service next time I'll buy the cook a drink it was that great thank you
Liked it however we came about 3:30 pm and when we arrived only patients. Just saying broth and other topping could have been hotter.
Really love this place. Spicy tonkotsu ramen is delicious the pork is so tender in melts in your mouth.
First time going there everyone was so nice from The waitresses to the guys making the sushi I felt more at home than I've ever felt anywhere I will be back
Really disappointed here.. Service needs to be improved, had to keep on asking for service, food took to long to be served and the foods flavor was definitely off, don't know what happened to the previous chef's but the 3 meals that we ordered were definitely not the best.
Absolutely love the Ramen here! The chashu is delicious. The broth and spiciness is great! Amazing service too.
Hours are horrible. Who closes at 3pm and opens and 5pm!?Also the food takes forever to come out. Been waiting for 35 mins since I put my order in to go.Good food though. Horrible waiting time.
