So I did a phone order today and my friend ordered for me, the girl who took the order was very impatient and rude. She kept rushing through the order so much it made my friend not even want to order any for himself. I came in to get the order and jimmy was very kind and had great customer service he definitely bumped the one star to three.

Didn't have a good experience. Took too long and they gave us an incomplete order. When we asked for the rest of the order, the manager came to our table to make sure that we're not lying. We are dining and he walked to our table to search our bag. Then that's when he gave us our wings. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get our order.
Cashier was friendly and nice.My problem is with this restaurants manager,his name Daniel in store #1979..after patiently waiting 50 minutes for my order,I went to the counter and asked if my wings where Parmesan because they looked like regular wings with no Parmesan on them,he stated that they probably forgot to put the Parmesan on it cause it’s a new cook,(with attitude and looking at me like I’m bothering him),I approached him about my cheese fries being wrong he said nope it says right here you ordered it,I’m telling him I didn’t,the cashier must’ve missed heard me,he said fine and slammed them into to trash with an attitude…his whole attitude since approaching the counter was awful,and disrespectful,he should not be in customer service at all.After paying $56 for my order I should have the right to question if it was correct without management giving attitude…Gave one star because I had no choice.
They always mess up my order.Worst wing stop I've been. I'm not being petty, just want what I paid for.Frickin boneless wings are like popcorn chicken.I'm so enraged
I tried wingstop like a long time ago and it was horrible, i decided to try it again in a different location which is this one and OMG they make my wings fresh all the time. I dont mind the wait. Even the fries taste like they actually filter thier oils. I go there alot, im glad i give it a 2nd try.
I was here Sunday night and I’m very disappointed in what my order consisted of I spend over 60 dollars and I got cold and very dried out wings on my classic had to ask for the lemon pepper seasoning on the side as they failed to properly add it to my hot lemon order secondly my boneless wings we’re drowned in mild sauce which I didn’t ask for my fries were super cold not even cooked at the moment in general I was just disappointed with my order
Visiting to get thighs, they had a tiny paper printed menu of their thigh meals on the wall that you had to lean over the counter to see. Rang me up and then a worker came over to say they discontinued the thighs. I explained that they should remove that menu from customers view and she just laughed. I decided on some wings instead and another worker came out and said "we would have gave you the thighs, but the ones we have are expired"...not a good thing to tell your customers...thighstop? Better rename it to why stop.
