Went in for a drink and the worker on break was making rude comments about me and I asked him what his problem was and he started mumbling and rolling his eyes at me.
THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE MILD, BUT ITS ALL OIL AND NO FLAVOR! APPARENTLY THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK, AFTER BEING FRIED. (The guy offered to give me sauce on the side when i called,but i couldn't go back) i shouldn't even have to call and be offered sauce on the side, when it should already have sauce. What a waste of almost 50 dollars(we ordered a couple things) I SHOULD BE OFFERED A REFUND!
I have ordered twice from here once before super bowl Sunday which the wings were great nice and hot and juicy. Then I ordered for Super bowl Sunday, they were cold and dry so when heated it just made them dryer.
Was very dirty when I went in and there was no one in line the employees were just standing around but ya it's sad how manager can't train them to get a job done right!! how far the managers have fallen

This is second time I order from them and both times the messed up my order. I paid for cheese fries and I got regular fries. They also forgot the dipping sauces.

Horrible service… order was 20 minutes past due and the boneless chicken pieces were smaller than a nickel. We also got less pieces than what was ordered.

I'ma. Wings person but this place has got to get better staff the food is good but lacks personality when everyone is always in a bad mood .. your are met with attitude. Like a long face or that I'm over it look isn't what any consumer wants or has to see. There is a serious problem there , idk if it's management that makes every single one of their employees hate their job , but there has never been once that I ordered from or went in to order that I didn't become upset just walking in. A real point of advise is revise the people you have their teach them manners and customer service because there was even a time I had to call the manager because her employee wanted to fight and was screaming while the rest of the customers pointed out that she was Always a problem. Wings good. But service is trash
