I pre-ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait. I checked on for curbside pickup, waited 10 minutes then just went in myself. My order was sitting on the counter. Tempura green beans were too salty to eat. Fries were salty too, but my kids ate them. They were very stingy on the fries also. I had tipped based on curbside so I won't pretip again. Person at the counter didn't even speak to me just threw ketchup and ranch I to my bag and shoved it at me.
We went to get the usual Impossible cheeseburger with grilled onions earlier this evening. We hadn't eaten all day, but didn't mind the 15 min drive since we were excited about the burgers. We arrived, were greeted promptly and had our order politely taken. As we were dining in, we sat at a table about fifteen feet away from the cashier. Accompanied with the pager, we waited nearly fifteen minutes for our order. The order was ready and sitting atop the shelf, but we were not notified. After noticing an order idly sitting for a while, I walked to the cashier to check if it was ours. The pager didn't even vibrate until I was handed my, now cold, food. Although my hunger was met, the food was cold and not as enjoyable as intended nor anticipated. In the future, maybe a 2-minute system of verifying each order has been picked up could be implemented to rectify this issue.
Servers were very kind and curious. After we eat our lunch; we decided on a ice cream cone. Boy, it was worth the $1.00. Gee, we got more for less. Thank God...some places haven't forgotten the good old days prices.
Save yourself a trip and just go to the La Mirada one. This one literally messes up the order every time. Not minor issues either. They will give you 100% dry salads with no dressing in the lids on to-go orders. I'm honestly embarrassed for them. Their salads are made haphazardly with giant chunks of uncut greens as well.La Mirada location never messes up the order, like ever, and makes everything at 100% expected quality.

I love this wonderful burger restaurant in the Whittwood Mall where I used to live at Ravello and come with the community group from Progressive Resources back in the old days. I enjoy the chicken club sandwich combo meal the best.
Service was meh...food was mehhh. Nothing to brag about. They brought out our food to us a few items at a time and the kids food showed up way later (chicken nuggets).
Love the Vegan and Non Vegan options and the accessibility ♿ my fave sandwich is the Santa Barbara, sooo good

When I received my order my burger had a big long black hair inside it. It was gross. Waste of money.
