Usually the service here is Ok but the 16 y/o girl working on 4/5/22 at 9PM was rude and unprofessional. I felt like asking her if she was in a hurry. Totally not even trying to fake it. Somebody needs to teach today’s kids the proper etiquette who interfacing with customers.
I love subway, fresh baked bread. Fresh meats and cheese, fresh veggies, how can you go wrong?
I order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich when I get home they forgot to put bacon and I call to let they know and they just say you can come back for that bacon or I can give you a refund for one dollar…. Do you believe that??

I ordered pickup for Cali Fresh Steak with Avocado. They forgot my bacon, cheese and it wasn't even wrapped properly. Person who made this sandwich need to be retrained.

Veggie patty was still frozen after they microwaved it for 30seconds. Restrooms are closed, even to pregnant paying customers, and they were out of chocolate chip cookies already. I know the pandemic ripped apart the labor, but subway can toast the patties and open their bathrooms.Service otherwise was alright.
