We love this place, they were open for take out during pandemic. (Still offer take out) They would give us bibs and the paper covers for our table. The food is always great. Hostess and servers are so cool. All can relate to someone about anything.

I've been a huge fan of Stinkin Crawfish, in particular this location. It WAS always spot on with their wait time and customer service. However, all that changed when I went two days ago to celebrate my mom's birthday. I ordered 3 orders of the white tiger shrimp as there were a total of three people in my party. Ordered 1lb white tiger shrimp, 1lb white tiger shrimp, 1/2lb white tiger shrimp and 1lb of clams. The girl who took my order asked if I wanted the clams mixed with my 1lb of shrimp, which I agreed to. When the food arrived to our table, not only did they mess up on my mom's order, she received only 1/2lb (which she had ordered 1lb), my son who ordered the 1/2lb seemed to have received the clams mixed in with his order and when I let the waitress know I was still waiting on my 1lb of shrimp she mentioned everything was mixed in the bag with the 1/2lb of shrimp and and 1lb of clams. So not only did they miss my mom's order, but they mixed my son's order and mine. One of the waitress tried fixing the issue by trying to obtain my son's 1/2lb from the kitchen. She came back with only a cup of sauce, saying this was all they could do for me. I was very disappointed because my son was sitting across me and it was very inconvenient having to share my order mixed with his order with him (on top of that he is not fond of clams). I did my best to not let these issues ruin my mom's day, but to make matters worse we ordered a pound of shrimp to go and when we got home, we discovered it was only 1/2lb! I paid $21 for 8 shrimps! I can definitely see the difference from the last time I went during January versus 2 days ago. I'm not trying to blame the staff, but clearly it seems like they are not properly trained for their job. After five years of coming here, it's sad to say that I will not be returning to Stinkin Crawfish after this horrible experience. I truly regret taking my mom there as part of her birthday celebration, it was truly disappointing.
First of all the food was cold. Also the shrimp was so salty I couldn't eat it. The fries were disgusting. Some food places such as this one only want the money and care little about quality of their food. Sadly, I had to throw it all away.
I've never been to a place where the prices were high and you do not get the right amount for what you paid for. I ordered a pound of peeled shrimp with potatoes and 1 corn. In stead i got what semed like half a pound of shrimp and too many potatoes. On top of that the sauce wasn't a REAL Cajun sauce. Did i mention they do not allow substitutions either! The girl told me that the Michelada is one of their best drinks to serve. Actually it tasted nothing like a Michelada!! I'm Creole I think I'd know a good crab/shrimp boil if I had one. And I've had many but I would never come to this place again. Try The Boiling Crab instead you cannot go wrong there.
Trying to taste a new spot. I decided to call and ask about their menu and whoever answered the phone was so rude didn't answer my question but gave lots of attitude horrible. I wouldn't step foot in here .
Terrible customer service. Lady that took our order for take out had no patience and was rude saying we had to wait 30 mins before ordering because there were too many people dinning in without there orders ready. I really think they just didn’t want to serve us because they later agreed to take our order and said it would be 30 mins. We agreed we were to come back in that time when our order would be ready. We even checked with the lady to confirm how much time our order would take and she replied rudely saying “ we’ll call you when it’s ready.” When we were about to arrive home which had been 10 mins apart the same lady called saying our order was already ready.” WE WASTED GAS AND MADE TWO ROUND TRIPS because this lady couldn’t tell us correctly when our order would be ready! They gave us the tiniest clams and small amount of shrimp with huge potatoes and one tiny corn cob. We paid 60 bucks for nothing! They barley put anything in the bags. It’s not worth the money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Ate here for the first time.we only got a pound of the white shrimp in there stinkin special sauce and it was delicious.will definitely be coming back for more!we ordered over the phone and by the time we got there it was done & waiting for us.(15 minutes)
There are different locations of the same Place. However this Whittier store seems to have the most flavor for some reason. The staff here are friendly the place is clean and services quick.
Went to celebrate a birthday and the staff was so great, they made everything super fun and thoughtful! The food was Amazing too...definitely going back!
