This was our first trip here. As soon as we got out of the car we could smell the meat cooking— you know that is a good sign. Hubby and I both ordered ribeyes. The steaks were cooked just to our liking and were delicious. The cheese toast was great. Loved they have a potato fixins bar where you can gussy up your potato. The price is great! Definitely a value. As some other reviewers have commented the cowboy theme feels definitely vintage but that is also the charm of this hidden gem. This place has been around since the 60s and survived the pandemic and that says a lot. Great food and supporting a local business— a double win!
My family always comes here to have a fancy little dinner. The steak is always delicious. We got extra baked potatoes to take home today because they made extras! The staff is so nice and the good is amazing!
I have been going here since I was a child. The best blue cheese dressing in the world. I love the steak, potato, cheese bread and the salad the house made crotons are so yummy. The best place and food ever the staff is super cool too!
I've been coming here for as long as I can remember! More than 25 years at least. The food and service has always been. Especially the servers now, they were really great. Service nowadays is not as good as it was today, anywhere else.
Good prices however the steak this time had way too much nerve unable to eat. The kid server did not make good on the unacceptable nervy piece what they call top sirloin steak.They charge you prior to setting is the catch..they won't remove from the bill after the fact.....just my luck.
If you want a simple steak and potato with a side of bake barbecue beans. This is the place to go very affordable, very simple. Great steaks and don't forget to order your Apple pie
We really enjoy Steak Corral. They have A+ customer service. Staff here is always super courteous. They smile and genuinely seem to like and care about the job and service they give. Oh and the food is delicious. Prices are more than fair IMO. It's worth a visit for sure.
Good food. Great service. I've been coming here for almost 40 years. This is a nice hidden place. Great when you are looking for a place to eat with your small family.
Flashback, haven't been in over 20 years since they closed in West Covina Food was so good and great prices. You can t beat it for quality, flavor and a bargain. 4 people around $80. Highly recommend, going back.
First time! So happy we got to try this place. Looks vintage and the steak was on point ! Great value. I love the potato bar where you can dress your baked potato. The Apple pie was everything. We will definitely go back!
