FRANK!!! I BELIEVE THAT WAS HIS NAME, HE IS RUDE!!!I seriously had to control myself because I had my daughter with me. My daughter asked him a question and he gave her an awful face and never responded to her. From the first moment I got there he seemed like he was just having an awful day!WON’T BE RETURNING! WOULD HATE TO SEE THAT GUY FRANK AGAIN!
My experience at this location has been awful and I owe it all to a guy who works there and is named Frank. At least that’s what I was told that was his name. He is a tall skinny guy who is extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers. I used to go there regularly but after many encounters with Frank I stopped going to that Starbucks, in fact all Starbucks in general. I went from a regular customer to a never customer.
It is sad!! That Starbucks has to loose customers because of people like FRANK who work there!! HE’S RUDE AND HAS A FACE LIKE HE HATES HIS JOB, OR HIS LIFE! I WONT BE GOING BACK AT ALL! STARBUCKS, THANK FRANK FOR THAT!!
Worst Starbucks in the area. Does not accept mobile orders. No walk up, can only order through drive-tru. I don’t drive. No indoor seating.

Always have what I need what I asked for and they're blonde coffee and hot chocolate is excellent and I only like the one by my house
Avoid this one. Does not know the refill policy. Probably doesn't get a lot of walk-up refills, but I was hella mad (my cup was half ice too). At least the barista was nice, but unwilling to look up the actual policy, she just did what her shift lead told her.Don't waste stars here. Go back to your regular location
Drinks are fine. Service over all is fine. But stop asking questions. As someone else mentioned, you don't care about my day and I don't care to answer so many questions. Just continue to be nice and stop trying to start a conversation.
Nice place. Used the drive-thru and it was quick service. It's a little busy but great coffee.
