I'm not a Starbucks person and neither is my wife although she goes more often than I do. Our adult kids all think its great, so maybe my criticism of this Starbucks is just a generation view.We were in the area, it was hot and we were thirsty. We stopped to get a couple of ice teas. The wait was long even though they were not busy. Thr service was indifferent; I got the feeling we were interrupting them from something more important. The tea was okay, not great, especially when you consider Starbucks prices.This visit did more to confirm to me that I am not a Starbucks person than it did to sway me to their side.
Tables were dirty. Trash on the floor. We had our coffee in the parking lot which was cleaner.

This location never disappoints!!! The staff is always so welcoming.
I went in today craving a hot chocolate & ordered one for every member of my team.My order was done so fast, everyone was able to enjoy their warm beverage well after I had picked them up.
They are all welcoming. I just show a pic of my drink and they get it done.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve given them four chances and each time I’ve either received cold sandwiches, the wrong order, they don’t have the ingredients or it takes an insane amount of time in the drive thru. Go to any other location…
This locations staff is always upbeat and in positive mood. My drinks are always made to perfection, location is clean...I just think Starbucks could lower prices a bit
