I usually use the drive thru, there is always a long line but it does move quickly. Employees get your order in and out fast.
I asked for a cup of water. I was exercising I showered and clean cut and have new clothes and was treated like a homeless regardless you should treat All humans the same way unacceptable. I waited patiently. For 5 min. then the next person came after and got served before I ended up walking away not angry not happy but not worth it .b unacceptable , cashier needs proper training . 4-25-22 At 7:30pm.
This location has messed my orders so many times I think their customer service reps know me by now from calling so much? Quality has declined here. No longer coming.
Awful ? Store was hectic and out of many supplies. I got out of drive thru line because way too long. Went inside and realized it was because customers had to change orders because store did not have what anyone wanted. My drink was ready in a minute which never happens. When I took a sip as I drove off I realized because it was made sub par. Drink was not made how I asked, worst experience in awhile at Starbucks.?
I really like going to this place but its been like 5 times were i order and they always do it wrong i order extra caramel and theres nothing i order whip cream and no whip cream.
Normally the drive through is so slow n it take 15 to 20mins to get ur drinks, pero lucky it was in n out within minutes???
This Starbucks is so hard to get into. I placed an online order but I had to wait on the drive thru line because it was out to the street. What's the point in ordering on line if you still have to wait in line?. My vanilla sweet cream cold brew was very strong. I couldn't taste the sweet cream. I went be ordering at this location anymore.
Because of Covid most Starbucks are offering just drive through service, but this one you can go in and seat, the place was very clean and the service was fast
I came here to get a drink and cake pop.The bathroom was super dirty and there was no toliet paper and no toliet seat covers. The floor was wet near the sink and there was toliet paper on the floor. You can tell the employees do not care to keep the bathroom looking clean and nice for customers. I will be going through the drive through from now on.
