Definitely my favorite Rubio’s. This one always gets the order right and they are so friendly as well. So I always drive to this one :)
Bad service today 01-31-22 went in on my lunch took some time and no one else was inside ordering. They for got my salsa girl said i said no but she must have been on her phone ear plugs talking plus i get back to work and the shrimp taated like it wasnt cooked on the grill all the way. I just hope i dint get sick. Over all vad service.
Lost my order that I place over the internet, and when we try to pick up the order, they say order was previously picked up, lost or previously picked up?? They didn’t make an effort to correct the mistake, another crew member offer to remake our food. We shouldn’t have to almost beg for them to fix the problem, mistakes happen and I totally understand, I just don’t need someone give us attitude cause they lost or give away our food. Customer service training needed at this facility for sure.

The daytime employees are TERRIBLE! They are always late on my pickup orders for Doordash, and they don't appear to be moving at anything faster than a snail's pace. The night time people are much better, but that doesn't make up for them consistently making me late on every delivery order I receive. Either they need to update their delivery order system or hurry up when making the food. It's honestly unbelievable how slow this location is.

i ordered some food from here about 20 minutes before closing via their mobile app. i walked in about 10 minutes later and the food was warm and ready for me to take. i noticed that they were busy cleaning but when i asked for some extra napkins they happily provided them. the food was good as well and i always visit when they have their fish taco specials!
