This is a popular little spot in Whittier, close to Rio Hondo College and the 605 freeway. No frills, just delicious and fresh sushi and classic teriyaki bowls. The avocado roll makes me happy! My husband loves the chicken and beef combo bowl. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
Was the best in town now idk maybe new owners food changed not for the better( if it's not broke why fix it ) to spicy
First time here for dine in. I enjoyed the teriyaki salmon with California roll, veggie tempura, rice and steamed veggies. We also ordered the chicken teriyaki. Both dishes were served in foam to go containers, nothing wrong with that but it feels more like take out than a dime in experience. The food was fresh, served hot and we enjoyed the Teriyaki flavoring and dipping sauce. My only comment and why this review is short of 5 stars, is because there is no public restroom. I feel the fine in food establishments should give the consumer access to the restroom. And I’m a green tea lover, there is no green tea only black tea.Parking is easy and food was served quickly.Overall a good dining experience.I would return and bring green tea from home ?

Loved the food bowl good portions and the staff is really nice. Most important the food quality was great ? first time two weeks ago and I've gone back 3 times already !
Food was fantastic for the price. Chicken was tender and juicy, not over cooked at all. The tempura was beautifully crispy without being in the least bit greasy. Service was fast and friendly, they even spoke politely and respectfully to the kitchen staff.
Delicious. Clean, friendly staff, affordable but tasty. Their rolls are great. A lot of pick up customers when my party and I dined inside, so that is a good option for me next time.
