I was extremely excited to have a custom cake created for a milestone stone birthday for my boyfriend, until Pin Up Cakes ruined my experience.They have extremely limited work hours, never answer the phone, voice mail box is full even if you tried, only in their "store front" on Saturday’s. Communication is not their strong point and provide terrible customer service.After emailing back and forth for 2 weeks trying to get answers (that could’ve been handled in one 10 min phone call). I wanted to pay over the phone or in person, they only offered via email which i did not feel comfortable with. They told me on a Saturday we are closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s so i must pay by tuesday. On Monday I emailed them that I will come in on Tuesday and pay. They responded Tuesday morning"were only open on Saturday if you have to pay today." I called on Tuesday to pay and NO Answer, I emailed on Tuesday telling them i called twice, no answer, voice mail was full and to please contact me back, received NO response. I followed up on Wednesday via email again for them to respond telling me they are no longer willing to take my order!Absolutely worst customer service, they do not take accountability for not being accessible to customers, completely unprofessional and in my opinion probably their side job.
Do yourself A Favor and pass on this place. Bad Customer Service, Communication skills, store policy. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.They don’t answer their phone during business hours, I emailed them they replied in about 30 minutes then I replied back and they replied in 6 hours.This place is A joke.

This place has EVERYTHING. Wide variety of any kind of pastry/cookie/cake you can imagine. And it's all sooo good. These chocolate chip cookies are to die for. It cute place to bring a date too.
This place is still amazing. I had a slice of the marble cake yesterday and I died and went to heaven. It was so moist and delicious. I tell everyone to go there for desserts.
Always great when I come here. Cakes are moist and always delicious! I've done cakes n cupcakes heres and I'm never disappointed. Thanks pin up cakes for always coming through.
10/10 recommend. I ordered cupcakes for my son's 7th birthday. With covid I thought it would be the safest way of enjoying cake with a few friends. Not only were the cupcakes so cute and designed exactly how I invisioned, they were beyond delicious! I will definitely be going back.
