I went in for a pho and roll lunch special. It being my first time there I did not know what to expect. I asked for a menu and I found the picture of the pho. I ordered a rare steak pho and a shrimp pho. I was charged 27 dollars. and was asked to wait 15 minutes. When I came in to pick up my order I noticed the way it was packaged it did not seem like there was a soup inside. I opened up the bag and noticed that it was a salad with noodles and shrimp with peanuts. Add the other box had salad noodles and beef. I went back in to let the waitress know that my order was wrong. She said ‘that is what you ordered. I told her I ordered the picture on the menu. I got a menu and I opened it and pointed to where I had pointed earlier when I ordered. She said that I did not point to that. She went on and on about me ordering from a different part of the menu. I told her I did not. I ordered from the picture of a bowl of soup. She was frazzled and didn’t know what to do she walked back-and-forth talking to other employees. Then she told me what she could do is give me the soup in a container and just to add the salad looking stuff into the hot soup. ( I don’t know how she thought that I was going to put lettuce and carrots into the hot soup.) I said the steak has to be rare to be put in the soup not cooked like it is in the salad. She went on to walk back-and-forth and asked me to sit down. Then she explain to me how she was Fixing the problem and told me that next time to order it another way. I tapped her on the shoulder and said goodbye’ and I took my order and left. When I got home I rated the pho. My daughter enjoyed the rare steak pho. I on the other hand have had better. Whittier pho and Rowland pho are much better. Sorry guys I tried and didn’t have a good experience.
Extremely poor customer service from a female server/manager. Every time I've eaten here and get the female server, it is an awful experience. Everyone else is cool and the food is good but today was the last straw. Don't know if she was having a bad day or what but I will definitely not be returning. Watch out, if she thinks you're not tipping well, she'll definitely retaliate. Apparently she doesn't comprehend the amount of the gratuity depends on the quality of service provided. Someone should explain this to her.
Great and friendly service , fresh sushi, sashimi, Sushi Rolls and yummy plum wine !
The food was great and the price was even better you cannot go wrong coming to this place they have some great combos and they great combos and dishes to choose from I had the full combo which comes with the house foe and some California rolls and some California rose definitely something to order when you're near this place
The pho was good and so was the tuna hand roll
We ordered the chicken fried rice and it was disgusting. The chicken was drier than a bone and tough. It smelled old. Never again. The egg rolls were disgusting. I tried calling back, but they won't answer. Tomorrow I am taking this food back. How can they serve old rotten chicken?!
Always good fresh food. Need to upgrade the inside.
