Great customer service. The place was a little cramped and I did not care for the TV that did not fit in such a small space. Even the tortillas and pitas were in the dining area for everyone to see. They have to get rid of the TV if they want to create a nicer ambiance. The food was not bad. If I come again I will try different items from the menu. I had clam chowder and a shrimp/potato taco. The clam chowder had a pillowy texture that put me off, but it had good flavor. The taco had way more potato than shrimp. I'm not sure if potato and shrimp make a good combo, but I think I prefer either shrimp or potato, but not together. For tacos of any kind, I would rather make my own at home. When I go out to eat, tacos are the last thing on my mind. I love clam chowder, but this one was not my favorite
Had been looking forward to trying.Dont mind trying new things, it is when restaurantier offers one thing and delivers complete opposite. Not sure what lobster bisque was made of. ..no lobster her. Will not be returning.
The service was a little subpar when I came in. The girl didn’t really care that I came and took a while to clean off the table I sat at. Then Juan came on duty and service was better. The food was good. Nothing to write home about but good enough for me to come back and try other things.I tried the large fish and chips. I like the style of breading they used for the fried fish. Coleslaw was a little bland, but good.
Delicious. We got the fish tacos, one fried and one grilled, the mahi mahi white amazing rice and salad, the lobster bisque and the ceviche trio. Everything was really good and very tasty.
Everything on the menu is delicious. I always have a hard time choosing what to order. Whatever kind of fish you're in the mood for, they serve it that way here. You want fish and chips or ceviche or tacos or a nice piece of salmon with rice? They got you. And love that they serve beer!
First time at this location and it was really good. Great customer service and food was ready to pick up as estimated. We got the fish and chips and the fish sandwich both really good. Only thing is that their fish for the fish and chips was not battered more like panko, but still finger-licking good! ?
My son was looking for fish tacos and Off The Hook fish Grill did not disappoint. Yummy is all I can say for their food. We will be back for more fish tacos when we are in town.
Food 5/5Service 5/5Atmosphere 4/5Cost: FairProbably the best fish tacos I ever had.
This is quickly becoming a favorite. My wife and I came for the taco Tuesday deal. I like their fish tacos a bit more than Baja Taco or any other options in the Whittier area. But what really sets this place apart is that everything on their menu is good. Let me break it down:I like their wraps great for a small dinner and lunch the next day. Definitely worth the price. All there tacos places are very good. They have a good beer selection and usually have ample seating inside and outside. And the best thing on their menu is their homemade chips and salsa.Great restaurant
Been here a few times and the food doesn't disappoint, this time I had one of each of their tacos, grilled fish, fried fish, grilled shrimp and fried shrimp.....I had to take some home as these are a full size tortilla not those typical tiny taco tortillas...... they had 4 sauces and all were good. Enjoyed it all with a modelo on tap.... recommendedThey also have another location on Whittier Blvd in Whittier
