*Surprisingly nice and quiet.*Contemporary & pleasing design, the best one among the numerous McDonald's I've fined in!*Very friendly and helpful staff.*Speedy service.
They've made mistakes on my orders before, but I still enjoyed them as they were minor things such as extra fries, instead of apple slices... Somehow I still choose to go to this particular location although it's not the closest nor easiest to access, and I think because of its fast service and friendly staff.
Ordered a mango and strawberry smoothie and they were tart. What the heck happened? Other Mcds smoothies are great , it's like they used sweet n low instead of sugar or the ingredients were expired or something weird. I also ordered the cheeseburger meal which SUCKS! I asked for fresh fries and they give me fresh fries mixed with old fries. Who does that ? They do !

I hate that this is the only McDonald's in the area. The staff in the drive thru is rude and if you order curbside pick up through the app they leave you waiting FOREVER! I just sat there for 15 minutes for 1 Mcgriddle. Horrible.
WELL ACTUALLY TERRIBLE. I HAD TO WAIT LIKE 10 OR SO MINUTES BEFORE AN ASSOCIATE WHO WAS A TRAINEE CAME TO THE COUNTER TO TAKE MY ORDER. HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE WAIT. I UNDERSTAND THEY WERE BUSY WITH DRIVE THRU ORDERS BUT HONESTLY, IF HE HAD BEEN A LITTLE MORE CONSIDERATE OF MY WAITING TO TAKE MY ORDER, I WOULD HAVE LEFT FEELING THAT MY PATRONAGE WAS VALUABLE
The mobile app when using a gift card gave a code for pickup but after waiting in the drive-thru line at the window they said they payment didn't go through & they only allow 2 separate orders even though we had 4 different adults in the car paying their own. There should be no limit & also a notification if there's an issue with your mobile order before finding out at the window when ready to have it picked up. The cashier also looked annoyed when we asked for some sauces & to correct a Mc Flurry that was only filled 3/4 of the cup.
I would not use this drive through. My order was not correct on the screen. Their screen is cracked and was not correctly showing my order even after they confirmed it for me. I was charged for order water but I asked for a free cup of water.

I like this location. The staff is a 50/50 when it comes to customer service but never had my order wrong. 1 hash brown from $2.39 is outrageous.
