A simple 1 combo order took 3 people and finally the manager to understand. Then when I got my order the good was completely burned. If you saw how gross the food were, idk you could tell they were sitting there for awhile and refried a few times. I couldn't even eat them. I took a picture but it's not giving me the option to post it. I was in the drive thru so I didn't noticed the food till I got home. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Can't believe that down graded everything! I went inside to pick up my curbside order since it want working properly. Was completely ignored 6 to 7 times with workers going in & out for the drive thru. I must have been invisible cuz nobody asked me anything or even greeted me! So sad. They remodeled since Covid & it's not inviting at all! No one welcomes you, just a huge touch screen to place orders. Soooo impersonal. ?? drive thru gets ALL the attention. Ridiculous!
DO NOT COME HERE FOR PICK UP,came here for pick up delivery, was told it was almost done, waited almost 30 minutes being ignored for the most part to be told my order wasn't on their system along with two other delivery drivers, extremely unprofessionalthis mcdonalds location has low ratings for a reason people.
Ordered chicken sandwich with added lettuce, tomato and i got a dry sandwich. .no mayo..no pickles..but there was lettuce and tomatoes. The place seemed chaotic at 5 pm. Long line, orders were wrong.
I don’t ever leave reviews , but this time I will . Ordered off DoorDash was missing two items had to return to see what went wrong was greeted by a employee called the manager he fixed my whole order and went up and beyond to fix the issue . I know how frustrating it can get working in a fast food as I was a manager before all the things we have to deal with but big salute to Bruno Armas keep doing what you’re doing
Here they require us to pay with cash after hours - why? Why do you require me to have cash especially after hours? Why can’t this location take payments like any other 2022 business?
Went through thr drive thru...Ordered 2 plain hamburgers. I literally told the person just buns and meat nothing else. I get my food started to drive out of drive thru and noticed it was cheese burgers. Had to park get off the car and wait in a long line to let them know my Ordered was wrong. Took them a good 10 to 15 mins to get me just 2 plain burgers (and that doesn't include my wait time in the line.)Staff seemed very unorganized. Behide the counter.
It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting when you come here. Fast, cheap, average food. It's not the best, but we all come back for it.
**attention to manager**This is unacceptable, I ordered coffee for my mother and this is what you served. I'm sure you don't like your coffee like this, this is laziness. This was on Saturday around 730am with no line in the drive thru.
Look, it's mcdonalds it's not amazing but it's not bad. I go there when it's too late for me to care what I ingest. Do I enjoy it...not really but it works.
