Google says it’s open 24 hours and so does the sign posted on the stores entrance. The employees have the drive through blocked as if they are closed.Why does it state being open 24 hours if nobody is working at night?Called corporate and made a formal complaint. This isn’t professional at all.
They gave me someone else's order and I didn't realize until I got home. I was by myself and ordered for my family so there were multiple bags. At first glance they looked correct but the happy meal was a burger instead of 6 piece nuggets and I asked for apple slices and was given double fries. My two cheeseburgers were also incorrect. I was really annoyed and to go back and waste fuel it was not worth it. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS WHEN YOU HERE!!
The drive-thru is the worst, and then this McDonald always make its drive-thru customers wait. They never have anything ready. Whoever owns this franchise needs to really come out and put them through training all over again.
Becareful when getting food from this place they are using gloves handaling your food and money. Touching the food inside your bag then grabbing the money or cards. Something else happend to us there tonight at around 7:20pm too on top of them using gloves and cross contaminating our food. I had a horrible experience and they purposely overcharged me.

They forgot my fries and a Double Quarter Pounder on a big order and I called once I got home and told him I wouldn't be able to go back right now babe they can write my name down because I asked them to throw the receipt and they said it was fine they'll write my name down and I can come get it within a few days but once I showed up they said they can't give me anything because I don't have proof of the receipt and my name wasn't written down I spoke to Ruby on the phone and in person Ruby was there but denied talking to me and did not write my name down what a horrible establishment
Cashier was very sweet and didn't make it seem like she was working and cleanliness was amazing enjoyed my meal no errors and great tasting . also used facilities which were amazing i would give this mcdonald's 10/10
Food is fresh all is well except they never get our order right cause they rush through your order an don't listen you tell them you want a beverage an their already saying ok does that complete your order.ha ha really!..lol...we always gotta wait or leave an then realize our order is wrong or missing items. Seriously today was no different and we actually dined in and they still got our order wrong.ha ha.. It's so weird...this location is closest to us so for convenience sake on a busy day when I want good coffee or David wants a soda we come here. David likes the iced coffee spicy chicken sandwich an chicken nuggets. I like their hot coffee, fillet a fish sandwich an their oatmeal it's good.David an Helen of Whittier ❤️
