I do not like complaining about food but this was disappointing Yesterday Tuesday March 8th 7:40pm I went to pick up my Batman calzoni pizza ( ordered a handful of times in the past it was good) sadly it was both burnt and undercooked in some spots… the dough was chewy and on the bottom of the pizza it was charred and I could not get past the burnt taste we had a total of 3 people eating one large pizza we still have half a pizza that is unheard of in my family to have leftovers pizza was not happy would like a refund
Ordred online for lunch set pickup at 1215. Email acknowledged recipt at 11:53am arrived at 1220 order still not ready. Waited until 1230. Employee lets me know order was never received and started making the order.What was purpose of ordering ahead of time if you are not going send info to the store. Wasted my whole lunch break.
No matter what time or day, this location never fails to fail. It's literally become expected of them to get my online orders wrong, to (most common issue) not even beginning to make my food until I go and ask for it at the counter. Usually 5-15 minutes after it was supposed to have been ready for pickup. But at least I can wait inside there, with my 10 year old, and listen to the explicit rap lyrics blasting from the back area.
Was on hold for 10 min and they weren’t even busy I walked in while being on hold and they still didn’t answer the phone. Please fix your customer service
Had to wait over 35 minutes for to $6 pizzas will never come back to this one again
Bad customer service, just made my dad wait 25 minutes for a box of pizza and was giving everyone who came in and ordered their food right away. Cashier girl had a bit of a attitude and also my dad went to let them know after receiving his pizza that he was missing another item (crazy combo bread) and another guy worker just came and grabbed the pizza and took it to the back for no reason & then came back with both box of pizza and crazy combo. Dad got home and we seen that the pizza looked as if they had took off some pepperoni which i dont know why they had to do that. In the picture you can clearly see pepperoni missing. Definitely not satisfied with this experience. Always use to come here and never had this experience until now.

This place is more of a party in the back than a place of work. HOT AND READY? When the last time went to this location they wanted me to wait 37 minutes for some pizza and when I tried to call ahead they never answered, but the staff was kicking back having fun running in and out of the kitchen with their apron's on.. the wait was three in front of me but they were so busy in the back they didn't take our order right away and would go back and shoot the breeze in-between customers. I've seen this pattern in this franchise hiring children to run their business change your logo.. and staff stat
