Just tried for the first time highly recommend bomb subs and customer service was excellent employees very nice.
Woman taking orders was very rude and wasn't paying attention. I just told her I wanted a combo. She only charged me for the sandwich. When I ask for the cup she tried to say I didn't order it. Then try to charge me for the full price of the cup. Not the combo price. Telling me I said no to the combo. Not good to punish the customer for her mistake. She could have done the right thing and made it a combo price.
My favorite go to place. Sandwiches are always fresh, #12 is my favorite. I usually order online and pick up, food is always ready when I arrive.
Good food and to top it off great customer service. I will be back again!
Today I ordered some sandwiches and when I went to pick them up my baby had fallen asleep. I called the store and I asked if I can have them bring them to me and the gentleman there brought them to me and provided me with great customer service. The sandwiches were great too.
I went into the store and waited in line for about 3 minutes before I was told I couldn't be inside the store without a mask on, although I stated I had an exemption. I was told I had to wait outside and order online and couldn't be inside without a mask on.The stupidity of this, is that I had already been in the store for 3 minutes, there were people eating without masks on inside, and when I picked up my order, I was allowed to be inside, without my mask, for a good minute reading receipts trying to find my order.The girl at the register was a bit rude and raised her voice at me from across the store, in front of other customers.Their mask rules make zero sense and the employees are rude and discriminating against their customers. I wish my family wasn't hangry at the time so I could have left and gone somewhere else and not given money to this disrespectful place.I generally love Jimmy John's and they have amazing food but won't be going back after this experience.
