Good ole American type of breakfast food. I hear the lunch and dinner are just as good. It was pretty crowded at 8am but our service was good and the meal didn't take to long (7 of us). The waitress kept our coffee refilled without asking. The Bathrooms were dirty though! At least during my visit the women's bathroom ? needed cleaning. All in all it was decent and prices were good.

Favorite neighborhood diner. This place is what the 24 hour Norms down the street tries to be. Straight up comfort food dished out consistently each visit. Try a few and your personal favorite will emerge in no time. I also appreciate that they retain staff which speaks volumes for the good service you can expect. Lastly, I love pie but their tapioca pudding is my guilty pleasure.
Pros:Good locationChili omeletteCons:Service on a Friday at 12 (no check ups)Dry meat (turkey pesto panini)Unseasoned, joyless friesClam chowder (not even white, yellow hue, thought they accidentally gave me veggie soup til I ate a clam)
Been going here ever since I was a little kid and it's always been a great experience. They raised prices since they remodeled, but everything is still great. Not many gluten free options, but highly recommend it if you want a casual breakfast or brunch at a hometown diner with friends and family.
Judy, our waitress was excellent. Helpful, gracious, informative. It only took less than 7 minutes to get our food on the table.
Nostalgia, 1950s diner. They serve diner food. A lot of different options. I had thier breakfast meat lovers skillet. It was ok. The biscuits and gravy was a bit better, even though the gravy could have used more meat. I would like to try their sandwiches and burgers because that's what a true diner is known for. I'll have to give them another try because their menu is so massive. It's a good place to get a bit to eat. The service was fast and the price was fair.
The place was very busy on a weekday morning but it was Christmas week. It was a 15-20 min wait. So we thought we were in for some above average breakfast. But it was all average. The eggs and waffle were actually barely warm. They forgot our drinks even though we had two servers ask us for our drink order. They also never came back and we wanted salsa or hot sauce since all they had was Tabasco on the table. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant had a classic diner vibe which was also clean and well maintained.
The to go food was adequate. However after repeatedly confirming my order it was still incorrect upon opening. I love Jacks but they need to give a lil more attention to phone orders as in this time we need a good source for quality food.
great prices and friendly staff
