I been waiting for a phone call from their district manager LETTY since 2/26/2021!!!! i am still waiting for a $27 refund that was never given to me. i even asked the SM PAULA if i can get a call and she just tells me its up to her boss to call me. basically can’t help me that i been cheated out my $27. I tried calling corporate and doing several surveys about this matter. Paula even took a picture of my debit card and receipt for proof saying she’ll notify her higher up. they said i can’t even get a gift card worth $27 of credit. I been refunded her before for their errors and suddenly its against their policy??? someone’s not doing their job here.
Love when they have the fish sandwich! Always good for a quick bite or meal if needed.
It was fast & great service we got to the drive through and ordered real quick got our food and I must say its been the 2nd Jack in the Box that we've gotten our food that freshly made to the point that the frys were golden nicely fried not like at other places thay they're almost burnt color because they've been refried so many times, then the tacos were sooo good you couldn't even see no grease on them and the were crunchy not soggy as they are at other places the jumbo Jack's meat was cooked to perfection and the veggies were fresh & tasty. My hat's off to the employees and the manager for having a perfect running restaurant. Definitely recommend that you all go to this Jack in the Box
This place has very good junk food. It fills your tummy
They try to rip u off… pay for a large fry and then get a medium size fries and it’s not even full… and then when I told her it was a medium she tried to convince me it wasn’t and it was a large size she ended up taking it back and gave me another batch that looked the same very annoying.. won’t be coming back

Worst service and very disorganized. The food was cold. They don't acknowledge the customer nor greet you when you greet them. The worst part, it was the manager. One customer's order was left on the counter for a long time. They didn't even call the number or try calling the number again in case that person didn't hear. The manager argued stating we have other customers at the drive through, and we are busy. I guess if you are a customer at the counter, you get no respect. Don't come to this place. The one star is for the coupon and the churros.
My order was perfectly put together. Young man taking orders and payment was very courteous and efficient.
Straight forward. Off the beaten path location. Drive through not busy. Breakfast sandwich and coffee good quality.
