Highly disappointed!!! Today I went for a grilled sourdough breakfast sandwich, this sandwich was NOT grilled. I wish I could post a picture. I tried. It’s sad I need to eat because I takes meds in the morning that require food before taking. So I took one bite, and threw it out. A waste of money and time ??♀️Time has passed and Jack in box still hasn’t done anything to resolve this issue
This location has changed there 3 piece egg rolls to a two piece eggs same price though for the original three price and if you go to other location they still sell the three piece same price , so this place is getting over on customer by charging the same price a three piece cost for only two . At least they should have went down on the price .. so if you buy a two piece just know you could get a three piece same price at other locations.

The lady at the window was amazing! I guess the person in front of me placed 2 orders but left without paying for 1. She pulled up my order and made sure everything was correct. The line was huge on Christmas eve so I know she had to be stressed. But she was so sweet
They never want to serve shakes when you want a shake…

10/01/2021So I use to like going to this place. Food was always good, even if it did cost a little extra, it was worth it.Well for a while now it has gone down hill. The Food is either under or over cooked these days. It's like eating leather meat patties. Their onion rings and mini tacos are over cooked and hard. And from time to time they take forever to take your order and bring your food. I'm done with this jack-in-the-box. Can't wait till Raising Cane's and In-N-Out open up just down the street. It will be perfect. In-N-Out, Raising Cane's, McDonald's, Subway, and China Wok Express all within two blocks of each other.Who needs jack?
