I haven't eaten at Jack In The Box for a very long time. It's sad ? the pandemic is weighing heavily on establishments like this. No tables. No restrooms. No service. The cashier could not understand 'take out only' from 'no inside eating'. ?? Granted, the staff was running around trying to fill orders and looked to be very short staffed. I entered after the lunch hour and there were two vehicles in the drive-thru lane. The real problem was the food just wasn't good.
Twice it's happened where I get off of work at 3:30 a.m. I'm hungry I get to the speaker box at the drive-thru with other cars in front of me and it was 3:50 a.m. and they had me wait before somebody responded asking me what I wanted to order and then because it literally had just turned 4:00 a.m. they apologize and said that the systems were down and they couldn't take my order and I complained to them and said I was here way before 4:00 a.m. and you guys did not help me they asked then if I can wait 10 minutes b******* this is the second time they've done this ..unprofessional I was literally sitting there waiting to be asked about my order and I can hear the drive-thru employee chit chatting with the person at the window laughing and just wasting time. I already complained to their corporate offices let's see if they finally do something.
They were out of alot of sauce, the guy was stumbling and swaying at the drive thru window

Fast food love The Secret sauce jack in the Box my favorite place.
This place sucks. I live in the area and have been to this location many times and every time it's a bad experience. They to tight with everything. There drinks always tast water down, and the manager is rude and tight with condiments.and they always seem to get something ring in my order.
Fries were stale and the drive through was really slow. Not the friendliest kids that work there either.
One-time the line got very long have to wait like 10 minutes but in the end I got extra strips. Cool employees honestly
The staff sucks most of the time to be honest they work extremely slow 9/10 time that I go regardless of time of day but it's the closest 1 to me
Went thu the drive thru to order my food and the lady at the window forgot my hashbrown. I went back around and she was apologetic and gave me my hash rows ni questions asked.
