I have to start with this instead of waiting till the end of my rant. If you want better service, go somewhere else. I personally like the one in whittwood town center.I had to sit on this review because I didn't want to post a heated review, but I still feel the same. I went yesterday around noon (sunday, 12 pm). There was a wait, but it went quickly. Once seated, we ordered our drinks. Coke and Sprite (we didn't know they didn't have those). I personally ordered Sprite. So they lady comes back with a mt. Dew and a coffee. She handed my bf the mt.dew and put the coffee center. We told her we didn't order either of those. She said, "You didn't," as she continues to pour the coffee. We asked her to take the coffee that we didn't want it. She said she couldn't. I took the mt.dew, and she came back with pepsi. We had to ask someone else to take the coffee off the table.As for our orders, my bfs came out correctly. Mine, on the other hand, I asked for a pankcake original combo, and it came with strawberries, whip cream, and bananas. I didn't want to deal with her, so I just scrapped off the topings, but it tasted too strong of strawberry syurp. When I asked for regular syurp, she brought 6 togo one and threw it on the table.Lastly, she put the check on the table, and we asked for a to go box. She pasted by us 6 times (about 10 minutes) and didn't look at us once. We finally gave up on the box and decided we would go to the front and pay. She came out of nowhere and said she could process the payment and asked, "You don't want your box" (still no box in hand either). We said no. It's like she knew how bad she was and that if we went to the front, we would say something. Yes, if they asked us "how was your meal". We would have said food was good, but our server was absolutely horrible.I've been here a few times... service was eeehhh ok but this just left me stunned. I won't be going back to this location for a very long time, if ever.
So unprofessional rudest staff from the moment I sat down it felt very unwelcoming, my server was rude and spoke with a attitude. The food tasted as it wasn’t cooked properly worst ihop I’ve ever been too. You’re better off going to a different location.
We went for all you can eat pancakes. I was disappointed in them...the food was good. But it could've been better.

Our waiter Jacquelin was super rude. When she handed our plates, she almost threw them at us. Never came to refill our coffee. Also, has a very bad attitude.Mal servicio al cliente !
The quality of the food here has gone down significantly, not sure if because of a staff shortage, but last week I was here I got sick from the omelette. Won't be coming back to this ihop. I really hope they're not all like that now
