I usually steer away from having Mexican rice & beans at restaurants because they are hard to beat homemade ones. However, Greenleaf Cafe does a great job. I highly recommend you stop by for a meal. I've tried chilaquiles and huevos con nopales.

Greenleaf Cafe serves menudo every day. I am glad that I did not order two bowls of menudo because the portion was big. Good for breakfast on a weekday morning
