This place can do better. Server not wearing any face covering concerned me when I visited. Not just because of COVID, but for pure sanitary purpose when cooking and handling food. The fancy soda machines both had very limited number of flavored cokes and sprites only, most of the selections were unavailable including the original Coke, Sprite, and even Fanta. Hope that's fixed now.
Food was delicious, first time trying 5 guys burgers and was hesitant but the cook and cashier were very helpful and I just had the goodest booger ever ?
They only had 4 guys working. I was not sure if they were aware of it. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food probably cuz they were short one guy
I didn't like the service. Plus they charge you for everything that goes on the hamburger..fries cost 8 dollars.
It was good, the service was good unfortunately the prices are getting so high. They are actually higher than red Robin and other like sit down restaurants

The food was good, but it was expensive. First time in a Five Guys, not that great.
Went in Thursday 10-14-21 1pm, Staff seemed lazy, one had their mask pulled down. But mostly, ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY! FOUR OF THEM DISGUSTING and they were not busy at all. Had to get a lysol wipe from the car and clean our table, not what I expected during covid.ALSO THEY WERE OUT OF PEANUTS! LOL (REALLY)
I got a double cheeseburger with bacon.. added jalapeno. Mushroom. Bell pepper. Onions. Tomatoes. And lettuce.. with NO BREAD. I expected the jalapeno. Bell pepper and onions to be well grilled but they were mostly raw.. I didnt mind but dammm I wanted it super grilled hehe. Next time I'll let them know.
Not bad I would have to try it a couple of more times.
