Good chicken but turning customers by 2pm .no inside dining just drive thru,..people ?.They we're yelling out the door (employee) very rude she needs to be trained on customer service no need to yell back at customer. Floor and trash needed to be picked up floors needed to be sweeped quite aess inside no Ice machine also was out of beverages ...but had delicious chicken ??

The Birria is not that great. The console) broth is not too tasty. The chicken tinga burrito had a fishy taste.

Giving one start would be too much. The customer service SUCKS. When I started my order the girl would interrupt me. I ask for a side order of Guacamole and she goes; "what!? you mean guacamole sauce" I answered; " no, an order of guacamole and chips" and she look at the menu and place the order. When we got our food we went to a table and all the tables were dirty I asked them if they could clean them and one of the girls told me; "I'll ask" they never clean the tables. The guacamole was brown. SMH!

Whoever the prep cook is needs to chill on the salt. A while ago I got the guacamole and chips. The guacamole was inedible because it tasted like they dumped a pound of salt in it. So, I never ordered anything with guacamole again. Unfortunately, the Salt Bandit struck again but this time in the cilantro dressing and their green salsa! My salad is practically inedible. My guess is his taste buds no longer exist.

You people need to change on web what time yall really open. very unprofessional just posting a sign with pen and paper yall opening late at 11 when it says 10:30 on google

The last few years this location has really gone downhill. I don’t know why I keep going there but I guess it’s because they are close by and convenient. At least 3 or 4 times out of 5 my order is not right. I feel bad when I sit in the drive-through and go through everything but if I don’t, I drive away with something wrong in the order. Tonight for the second time in the last few months they gave me dark meat when I ordered white meat and paid for white meat. My order was wrong as to the number of pieces so I gave it back to them. When they gave it back to me and I checked it again the one that was supposed to be white meat had dark meat. When I told this to the young man at the window he got someone else. When she came to the window I told her the problem and her answer was “we don’t have any white meat - I don’t know what to tell you“. I was astounded at her attitude and was so mad that I could not even think straight so I just drove away. I will never spend money at this store again. This was a clear case of bait and switch. Both times they sold me white meat and didn’t inform me that they had no white meat. The first time I did not check it and drove all the way home. This time I did check it and was told they didn’t have white meat. I was not offered any refund or anything else. I used to run a restaurant and I can tell you this is about the worst service I have ever seen. Buyer beware and make sure to check your order.

Phone line isn't working. Sometimes the lobby is closed so you are forced to order through drive thru, but you can only use EBT card in lobby, not drive thru. AND many times EBT machine doesn't work. Plus they take very long time to serve, high chairs are dirty and sticky, they don't clean.

This place is getting ridiculous, they have the dining room always locked and a hand written note saying "Only drive-thru" Therefore, even if you have a pick up order, you MUST SPEND AN EXTRA 10 TO 15 MINUTES STUCK IN THE LINE OF CARS!!! Then they seal your order bag and even if you ask for extra salsa or something else, they don't provide it. They even threw an open salsa container that once I pulled it out of the bag, got all over my clothes.

Food is good. Did a order online for pickup, when arrived door locked and had to go through drive through to get order. Could have just ordered when I got there food would have been hot and fresh

Terrible customer service when I come to this location. I don’t know why this restaurant always closes the lobby. The only thing open is the drive-thru? The line is long and slow. I cannot even meet my friend here for a dine in experience. The staff never says hello and never says thank you.
