This is for the location on Carmenita and Telegraph in Whittier.We order from this location quite often since we live very close.For at least 3 or 4 orders something was left out of the order. I usually use curbside so I don't have to go in. Tonight our salad dressing was left out of the order so I had to drive back to go inside to get it. The employee in charge gave me 2 more tostada salads free for my trouble, which was nice. But I would rather just have our order correct.I don't understand how hard it is to read orders sent in on the app and fill them correctly.I'm leaving this review to warn others to check their orders before leaving the restaurant. From now on I will take everything out of my bag to check it before leaving. This is inconvenient but better than having to go back.
How is it that you go to a chk place and there always out of the chk you want I ask for mix and get legs and thgs someone needs to fix this fast this not a 1 off happening offen to me
Brought Al la carbon meal- tacos had dry shells that split before I made a 5 minute drive, The soda was 3/4 full because I ask for no ice. Meat in tacos was cold and very little meat. Never again. Don’t eat at this location!!?
Food prep is horrible. It's as if they've been scolded about food cost by district managers and now they're trying not to waste food so they reheat food. The last few times I've been there the chicken is dry and hard as if old and reheated. The chips oily and hard, the tortillas soggy yet hard so weird. The employees seems so depressed that their customer service lacks. Not rude just so blah. I honestly feel sorry for them 'cause they look unhappy there so you know they're not being treated well.
Not sure what happened to this place, but food preparation is getting worse day after day. I ordered dbl chicken tostada salad and this is what they given me. It’s same amount of chicken as regular one. I saw a preparer adding one and a half scoop of chicken on all orders, single or dbl. don’t waste your money for dbl chicken and this salad is only half filled. The worst
Good food, check and double check your order! We were shorted 5 items and had to drive back to shoe the receit and get them and we were still short one order of beans! They do drive through only.
Ordered 16pc legs/thighs, Mac n Cheese, whole meal was delicious, drive thru service was great?
Terrible chips and guac! Nothing to do with pictures on the ad! I couldn’t it it! Guac was dark and chips tasted old!
Disappointed. I ordered a half of chicken meal to go and when I got home the chicken was dry. I gave it a the start because my husband called and the manager told us to go and we would get a new meal, but who had time for all of that...
They always mess up on my order and I still go back. This time they charged me double for my food. The guy in the drive-through put me down for two items instead of just for myself. My fault for going here again. So convenient but I’m a sucker again. Zero stars. They didn’t give me a receipt for a reason. Because they know they messed up.
