The food at all El Pollo Loco locations is consistently great. The food at this location is no exception.However, there are 2 major setbacks here that take all rating stars away:1. Prices are considerably higher, as much as $2 on some meals.2. The employees have zero customer skills, never a smile or even a hint of pleasantness that would make you want to pick this location over the others.My senior group had this place all to ourselves, no surprise because of the prices and lack of employee pleasantness. I hope this location can get a manager who can increase employee pleasantness, increase customer traffic, and possibly lower prices if business picks up.
very very bad customer service lady was already giving attitue to us when we pullednup to order our food ! was gasping like if she was tired of having us order on the top of that we didnt say anything and top of that !!! i asked for extra sald dressing and was so rude she had to bring in another employee to help us cause she didnt want to !worst employee ever ! Chicken is always dry and shriveled. Birria tacos are good but 2 for $10 is really high priced
After tonight service, I decided to look at the reviews that I agree with. The females on the night crew are very rude, as we double checked our order at the counter, we didn’t see our mac & cheese. On top of our beans was rice we thought it was a mixup so we asked for the mac & cheese and pulled out the rice, the girl who put the order together literally snatched the rice off the countertop and said “Oh I gave you an extra side your mac & cheese is under the salsa” She grabbed the rice off the counter as if she was paying out of pocket for the rice. Made us feel super awkward.. We double check the order cause every time they forget a side it’s a drag going to this place at night
I been to this place many times,and its gotten worse. . Over time. The employees are rude,and just throw the food at you. . And even though i am paying for extra sour cream,they dont want to put enough in container,and they act like im stealing it. . . And theres one particular emplyee that is very very rude,and she speaks very bad english,and honestly she acts like she just crossed over the border yesterday. She definetely is here illegally. . And i noticed alot if racism here. . This el polo loco hates white cudtomers. Also. . The food is not hot. . And im overcharged. I give this restaurant a big thumbs down. . And the managers here defend the employees rude behavior. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EL POLO LOCO!!!

My chicken is terrible looking. You can tell it's old and over cooked. Used drive thru for lunch and the team member just handed me the bag. Didn't say have a good day or anything to confirm my order was all there...receipt says David. Service is just poor. 2star is just me appreciating my drink.
This place is the worst food in the world there was hair in the chicken it wasn’t Cooked rude customer service kids got sick from eating it and they throw the food like dogs!!!! All the food was horrible for the Location it’s a Shame!
20 min wait for mac and cheese to be nasty ordered mix 10 PC and they only gave me one breast chicken. Worst service no empathy or apology for the wait.
The worst location that El pollo loco has, make you wait on the drive-thru almost 40 min. Because there's no chicken ready, and at the countertop inside the employees with a very bad actitud it seems That I am begging for free food bad manners they need to be trained for customer service
