I came here with my man to get a burger, I got a pastrami melt and he got the grilled chicken sandwich. They were both pretty good but the service from the cashier is what made me put 3 stars. She had an attitude and the service given wasn’t enough for us to want to come back.
Prices gone up, workers still have an attitude, drink cups gotten smaller and now there's a service fee added to your order without a proper explanation. Def cannot see myself going back again.
I usually come here for the pastrami, the best in Whittier...period. It's a little pricey but after eating it you really don't care, it's that good.
Delicious food breakfast lunch or dinner.best breakfast sandwich in the whole area.perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Always good anytime.great staff.
It's very good but their prices are inconsistent I went one day for the same thing in the next day with $3 more so I really don't even though their food is good I just don't like people lying to me about prices
Love the people that work there. They make the place and the food. The food is delicious, this is the second time I have had a bite to eat there. I had a fish sandwich and it was good quality fish. Love there fries extra crispy.
My wife and I bought two burgers and zucchini’s. I am not kidding, the worst burger i ever had. No seasoning, no flavor, no salt. The zucchini’s also had no favor. Whovever is in charge of reading these to tell the restaurant so they can get better. At least use salt. Or idk if it’s the style of the store to not use salt
In the 52 yrs.on this rock, I know of 3 other Douglas Burgers they are all similar in looks which I find comforting.IDK if they have the same owner , thinking they have same cook is far fetched, but I am certain they have the same recipe for their burger and fries.. I can't get enough of them. Ladies and Gentlemen, the world gives you Douglas Burgers, Great food , great service and great pricing...Not fast food, great food....believe that..Long Live Douglas Burgers and it's staff!!!!
Went through the drive-thru and there was 3 cars ahead of me. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to give my order. Finally got my order about 25 minutes later and through the window there was only 3 employees working. They are short of workers and I noticed a sign out front of the building asking for cooks. I will still continue to get my food here. Burgers are huge and portions large.
Meat patties had an ok taste.So 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 small drinks, for just under $23.Burgers, too light on dressing, fries tasted dry like they were re-re-cooked, and small drinks are too small. There are other places in town where you can get family 4packs for $28-30, so there's definitely much better buys out there (hot, tasty, and bigger size drink for your dollars).
