Third time we order from here and have had an issue. First time the order said delivered and there was no order in sight. Had to call in and was told it was still on its way. Second time we ordered for curbside and they stop the timer before the two minutes so you don’t get the free pizza. And tonight, same thing, the order said delivered and it was no where in sight. I called Dominos and someone answered and said “my manager said if it’s not there in five or six minutes to call back.” I get every one is under staffed and I would rather accept the real time more than being mislead by the timer and trying to figure out if my order was delivered elsewhere or if it’s going to show up at all. Last time we ordered from here for sure. Three chances was more than enough to see if this is a one off time or a reoccurring issue here.
Was surprised to see these slices cut like this ..What kind of pizza cut is this?? SMH..??♀️? and NO pepperonies in the middle.
Check your order. Get names, the pizza and other food items are good but service isn't all that.
This place runs very efficiently. Our order was hot and delicious. I liked the wings.
Poor customer service. No greeting upon arrival and no thanks after payment. I was reluctant to order pizza here as the store has lots of negative-bad reviews online but it’s closest to my house. I had hoped those reviews were not a true reflection of this restaurant. I guess the bad reviews are for real. My pizza ? was dry and tasted below average. My frozen DiGiorno tastes better than this Domino’s restaurant. I don’t recommend this store. Pizza Hut down the street has awesome customer service and pretty good pizza & hot wings.
Poor customer service, staff unaware of credit card policy, EBT not accepted yet online states they accept? (false advertising!) I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and did not see any extra cheese? I do not recommend this location. The pizza pies or sub average with raw dough and kinda dry. What a bad experience. I remember eating Domino’s pizza years ago it was ok at that time.
What the point of having a 2 min curbside if you are not going to get your with in 2 min and they stop the timer at 1:24 so you don’t so the have to give you a free pizza on your next order that’s just cheating the system
3 topping Lg 7.99 pick up special, secret menu , have to ask , usually don't advertise, Whittier market place center
This store takes forever to deliver pizza. App says delivered an hour ago. Please fix this. Has happened countless times.
This store has been really bad at delivering my orders lately. I like Dominos but I’m thinking to switch to any other pizza delivery service who are competent enough to deliver a pizza three blocks away from their store.
