Food and service were horrible. Wouldn't be going back or recommending this place. Our food took forever to come out considering it was pretty empty the entire time I was there. They never brought my daughter her drink. We never got asked for refills or of we needed anything. By the time we wanted to pay we had to go find our server for the check . When he gave us the check it took another 10 minutes just to pay. I was there over 2hrs. Worst experience ever..
The food is good, but the place is understaffed. It is a on going problem over the months. Have left after 45 minutes of waiting before. Usually open tables, just not enough servers/bussers.Tables with dishes sitting after people leave.Probably not the shift managers fault, this is a decision made higher up.
First time since Mexico that I enjoyed Buffalo wild wings. Very clean very spacious. I enjoyed the bar and I enjoyed speaking to the bartender who offered me the app to make points and win some free food or prizes. Thank you very much David I appreciate your help thanks for the burger and fries and too tall buds. This place is a joke. Trying to place a to go order here is an utter disaster. I got to the to go section and just stood there for 15 minutes. No employees around and the other customers said they just went to the back/kitchen area and havent seen them. After that I just left. Sad thing is that this is not a single time event, it has happened multiple times where there is nobody at the counter but this was the first I haven't seen anybody there to help.This place is going downhill quality wise and all other reviews seemingly agree on this. Years ago when it first opened it was amazing. The food was good, always seemed packed, etc. Whoever is the manager here really needs to step up their game and either have more staff or train them to do better than go away and hide. Employees are rude, go away and are gone for 15 minutes at the pickup counter leaving many customers standing waiting for help, have attitudes when asking for help, etc.
This place used to be really good, but it seems like at least this location has gone downhill, We had a group there last night and the chicken was pathetic, resembled that of small popcorn chicken. The ones I got had little to no seasoning, and the sauce was almost non-existing. Our whole table had the same experience. By the time we got our wings they were cold as well. If you want some good wings go to wingstop! Great stuff there
Take out service was horrible. No one at the take out area, many employees did pass us and did not make eye contact and didn't even greet. I found the manager for help.Our order was simple and the sauces were not correct.
2 for 1 boneless wings hit the spot. Beer was cold and fresh. Service by Sydney was great!
BWW are usually not the best, but this place had great service. The staff was cool, the wings tasted better and the beer was colder :)
This location sucks... They need to hire new personalI stop coming here because they take for ever in serve you and today I order to pick up and when I get home my was not complete they charge me for the side of sauce and they forgot it and not just that why to I have to give a tip If I m picking the order... honestly I shouldn't give you the option for the when you do a pick up and not just that wrong wings... So so disappointed at this place....
One hour wait time. So we call to reserve for a party of 6 (4 kids). No, you have to come here and wait outside in the cold for an hour. Common sense has to kick in somewhere, even if you cancel our seats if we don’t show up 15 minutes prior! More lost revenue.
