If I could give this place a 0 star I would. At first I didn’t want to believe the reviews and gave them a chance. They were such a disappointment the food was not good at all!!! I got two bowls with fried rice and steak only for $40 and it was nothing but rice and only a few pieces of steak!Not only did it make me nauseous after but it was not worth the amount we paid for!!!Ben and Anna I gave you guys one piece of advice for the prices you guys are charging own up and give customers what they pay forThe rice did not even taste like fried rice get better recipes!!! ???????????????????????
Tasted fine but like everyone else says the portions are ridiculous. Literally spend your money anywhere else! Every other hibachi I’ve ever been to in my entire life serves larger portions than this.
This review is for the catering service Ben Y Ana offer. We have used this service twice, and the first time; we didn’t receive all of the decorations we paid for. They were missing the linen napkins they promised. We had to use rolls of paper towels because we didn’t have enough napkins for our guests. But, it was Mother’s Day, the show was fun, and the food was good, so we let it go.The second time I booked them was recently for my mom’s 70th birthday. I specifically explained to the person I was dealing with that she is sick with a brain tumor, and we wanted to make it special for her. He assured me they would. I even paid ahead of time which was a mistake!! Their website doesn’t let you make the reservation without full payment though which is not good practice. About a week after booking, I informed the contact that we would need to update the time to an hour earlier and he assured me that there wasn’t a problem.The day of the event, they were late which caused dinner to be late, forgot half of the decorations that they charged for and ruined the surprise by leaving their truck in my driveway. When the issues were brought up to Ben Y Ana, they said they would credit me 20% back, which after a full week, hasn’t been done.I really wanted to establish a professional relationship with this company and continue to use them for our events, as well as recommend them to others, but after this incident, I don’t wish their service on anyone. Do yourself a favor, and book another hibachi catering service.
Food is pricey. There was way too much rice and 7 shrimp. Food was okay nothing really special about it.

The food was good but it was too pricey for the small amount of shrimp and steak they provided. You're paying for a bunch of rice. Could've added more vegetables than the rice. The staff was friendly though.
