My family wanted a good meal at end of the day, my sister had a cockroach in her water glass, I called over o e of the staff, showed him what it was and all he did was exchange another glass of water. No apology nor say anything. It seem to be normal to him. The restroom is very dirty, just imagine what’s the kitchen is like. The next day I called to talk to the manager or owner, they said manager won’t be in till late afternoon. So I left a message for him to past on. He responded because the restaurant was busy. I was not happy, I told him that bays no excuse!
This is a very popular place for party catering. The food selection is pretty good. The positive thing about this place is their timing. Unlike many other catering places, they have your order ready right at the time that you requested. They also give you a free tray of fruits. It's a nice surprise. I haven't dinned in but the place is very spacious and plenty of parking spaces.
Tram Chim is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have been. The first crab and seafood restaurant!We ordered:1. De Xao Lau-goat spuce sauce2. Hap Sa/Thai- clams with lemon-grass3. Mi Xao Mem-stired fried noodlr w/seafood4. Salt fish fried riceAll were yummy!Portions are in the light though.Try them out. Price did go up as most restsurants took advantage of Covid as an excuse to raise menu prices.Tram Chim is honest in this regards.20220126lyl
Place can be a bit on the loud side but everything is so good. Service is top notch and it served pretty quick.
We had the 7 courses live king crab. The amount of food was minimal and did not taste special/impressive. Was highly underwhelming. Service was meh. Servers seemed new and not sure of pricing for wine and such.
Good foods and nice ambience. Many choices for Vietnamese dish and they are all well seasoned. Fresh seafood also a plus. Highly recommend for friends meeting or family gathering.

The restaurant was big and spacious. Seating available indoor and outdoor. Easily can accommodate large group. We had no issue getting a table for 3 families.That was pretty much the only positive we remembered. The food range from bland to outright almost going bad. We ordered and got all our foods within a few minutes so definitely not freshly made. It would've been next to impossible!! Go elsewhere for better tasting foods.
