Food was good customer service could use some work!!
Ordered pickup , ordered 1 pound of king crab legs just to go home to see they were snowcrab, no sauce, and cold. I called to complain associate was handling situation pretty well when passed to her manager who didn't bother to solve solution on the phone but insisted I text him through his personal cell a photo of my food, which made me quite uncomfortable but I did.... He then sent me a bunch of photos of crab pictures and argued I got the right order and denied my complaint and said to move forward with my complaint to corporate as he said "there's nothing more I can do" in which he did nothing, Lol. As a regular customer of Kicking Crab, I would never come back to this location and would rather go the extra mile to drive to the Buena Park location or any other Kicking Crab. $65 for king crab vs $45 is a big difference please check orders before giving to customers

Ordered the 1# bag of shrimp, should have ordered w/o heads, devained and shelled.A better experience.
This Kickin Crab is the best! The Garlic Noodles are Fire!???although they were outta Dungeness Crab. We made due with the Maine Lobster and Snow Crab. Just simply put..DELICIOUS! If you enjoy seafood. This is the place to be!
System wouldn't let me order online as I kept getting an error. Tried ordering by calling in and they wouldn't take my order because the price was too low. This is the 3rd time the online ordering didn't work for me.

We enjoyed our really messy, super buttery, but ultimately delicious meal here. The guys that work here are nice, all very young, but attentive. We did get there at exactly 8:15, which is their last seating time. There were two other tables, one other that had just gotten seated before us. The menu looked complicated, but we ended up picking the Combo #2 which let us pick some crab legs and two other choices: we got shrimp, (the ez peel for $2.00 extra) and clams. They bring it to you in a bag and then you just dive right in and use lots and lots of napkins.Wish the sausage pieces were bigger, but overall the entire bag held yummy things! We will most likely get more spice next time, we went with mild mild and garlic butter, but that was just pure butter taste.Good atmosphere, nice people, and pretty quick service. Just remember, they close the kitchen at 8:30 so get there earlier than we did if you need extra time to view the menu and choose.
Oh man , talk about delicious ?? the Cajun flavor is da bombbbb.... Customer service is awesome here and we will definitely return to this spot. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for Cajun shrimp with potatoes and corn...
