Delicious desert and drinks. Never get enough of them. Very reasonable prices. Nice clean place and staff are friendly .
A bit overpriced but a great place to get authentic Vietnamese dessert but they do offer few savory dishes. To go only. Always crowded but the queue moves fast, do avoid weekends as parking is very limited and chaotic. The ladies speak mainly Viet but very friendly and keep the prep area clean.

First time to stop here and I was pleased with the drinks. We ordered Avocado & red bean; Durian & mung bean and they were delicious.Definitely will go back for more.
A little pricey, che Hien khanh is better and cheaper
The drinks here were well done and had good flavor in it. Would definitely come back here for smoothies and food again.
