Great location! The drive through line can get backed up though. They don’t have an in store lobby, you order from the window or you can do the drive through.Came here the other day for my mobile order and it was a quick, seamless experience! The drinks were made perfectly. Customer service was on point too.
We’ll first off ordered something with cream, didn’t get the cream even though it was on the label. Second I got a white mocha, and it wasn’t even stirred!! Do I REALLY have to order my white mocha stirred? I think that’s common sense… this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up significantly and it won’t be the last. Probably will go to a dif Starbucks cuz of this.
I'm one of the people who don't complain about customer service, but this time a have a lot of reason to do it. This complain if for a girl who is always a cashier for the drive true. My bad experience with this girl it was when I got to the window, at the time of paying she didn't lift the machine to do my payments and she only said you can do the payment here. I told her that I did not reach the machine because I had had a surgery. She stretched out the machine and left it on the counter and she didn't lift it again for pick up my card. Also when I ask her for napkisshe gave them to me but all fell into my car. I have a business and I would not like to have a this person in my business. This location is abysmal. Twice I’ve gone through the drive through and no one speaks up at the speaker to take an order.
Ordered a latte with oat milk through the app and they used regular milk. I'm lactose intolerant, last time I order from any Starbucks.
Great drunk crunchy call frap. Ordered grilled cheese sandwich. Very mediocre..Save your money.
The manager Sam was a great help after a new higher messed up my order she took care of it. Thank you My 2 shots of espresso and one pump of peppermint for my chocolate protein shake was perfect.

I like this place because it is never out of syrup or have it so drinks cannot be ordered. There are other local Starbucks that make it so their menu is limited when the manager leaves the shop.
