0 starts! Managers and staff are rude ! Waited in their drive thru 20 minutes. The girl at the window was arguing w a customer took forever ! My order was over $20 I tried paying with a $50 and they really told me they couldn't give me change ! She said all she had was $5 bills as if she really couldn't give me $15 back in 5's! Make it make sense ! Waited so long. When I told the manager how she could give me change she said no for me to call corporate and complain with them... so 20 minutes of my time waisted for the incompetent manager to not be able to give me $15 back in change ? Like she really didn't have 3 $5 bills? RUDE! I've had issues with the bucket hat manager before ! She's so rude and disrespectful! Poor quality Starbucks! Highly disappointed ! & I go to this Starbucks every day! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
They put too much ice in my frap! All I taste is water!! And they've done this before!!! Go to the branch on Beach Blvd and Garden Grove Blvd. They make their drinks proper!!!!
It's a Starbucks, go there to get coffee if it's your jam.Typical Starbucks environment. Inside looked very clean. Staff was in a rush, might have been short staffed or very busy. Either way their courtesy suffered, but you could tell it was due to the situation not because they were rude employees.
Plenty of seating inside and outside. Amber parking spaces sharing with other less crowded businesses in the same plaza.
I'm reallly annoyed that the hours online say it's open and the sign on the door says it's still supposed to be open... but there's no one here!!! Why can't you people at least post accurate hours of operation online and on the door??? Totally lame! I am really starting to NOT LIKE STARBUCKS!! ??
3 employees working possibly a fourth and the place was not that crowded nor have a lot of people in front of us. Yet we waited almost 20 minutes to get two coffees.
Another starbucks that was drive through only and had different hours than what is posted. Was here at 5 am and the store wasn't open only drive through. The listing said it was open at 430.

It's starbucks. So not going to base my review over my drink (white caramel mocha and a kids hot chocolate) since the drinks are pretty standard. This review is based off my customer service I received. The lady who took my order was very nice and told me the wait was going to be 20 mins because they were very busy with the new promotion. (Christmas cup giveaway) ? I was in no rush and with my kiddo so I had time. I really like the fact that as I was sitting there watching them make drinks every employee was hands on deck. Not one was just standing there. Moreover they were even shouting out the names of the next five drinks they were going to be working on. Great if you're in a rush and tying to figure out the status of your order. The place itself was clean and organized. I didn't get a chance to use the restroom but hey it's starbucks, of course it's clean.
