The best! The place is nice and clean. They make it pretty fast. They have promotions now buy one get one free. We had pineapple fruit tea with toppings yesterday and it was so good. We are coming back today for more.
Needed something refreshing and not too sweet. The lychee black tea 30% was perfect. Always a hit or miss with sweetness levels when trying new places so I'm glad they were conservative.Also saw rave reviews of the viet coffee, but I already had coffee so they nicely accommodated ice on the side so I could enjoy it later ?

Best boba tea shop in the area. Lots of competition, but this comes out on top. Fresh teas and delicious slushes/smoothies. They are running a current promotion of BOGO free milk tea boba for the month of May 2022.
One of the only places I can find hojicha milk tea! Love the selection of milk teas. The fruit teas can skew a bit sweet but overall always a great experience.
Vietnamese coffee was bomb! Super strong. Great coffee flavor. This is a real coffee shop with lots of espresso machines. They have really good $2 menu including Vietnamese coffee shown in the photo. Sorry I drank all of it before I thought of taking a photo. ?
Probably one of my favorite places to get boba tea. I have tried it several times, and no matter what I get on the menu it always tastes good. My favorite so far is the brown sugar latte with boba, but it is fairly sweet to me even with 30% sugar, so I definitely recommend less sugar if you don't like super sweet things, however the flavor is great - and the color of it makes for cool instagram photos to make all your friends jealous. I always add the milk cap, but here they call it a "sea cream", it adds a nice salty flavor to finish off any drink. I have tried several other boba tea places in the little Saigon area but I keep coming back to this one. I also tried their vietnamese iced coffee with crystal bobas, it is good if you like strong coffee flavor, but some Americans might find it too strong. The fruit teas are also really good. Out of the fruit teas I like the signature fruit tea the best as it comes with passion fruit and pineapple mixed in it, very tropical and good on a hot day. The place is fairly small, so it is always best to get it to go. If you know what you want you can order it ahead of time and do curbside pickup. It is great to get some to go then head over to the shopping malls nearby in walking distance.
We had just came from Seafood Cove #2 and wanted to grab a quick boba drink and found this place because it had the best reviews around the area.I ordered the Signature Fruit Tea and my boyfriend ordered the Lychee Milk Tea. We ordered it with the boba and they didn't have any boba at the time and is brewing some up. They quoted us about 10 minutes wait for the boba, which we were fine with. We got them half sweetened because we knew boba drinks tend to be very sweet. I had wish I gotten mine at 25%, nonetheless, the drink is still drinkable.They had little cute Christmas decors that we took pictures of. When we got our drinks, it was very tasty. The boba tasted warm and fresh. The boba was chewy, but slightly rubbery. I'd love it more if the boba was softer. The drinks were delicious, but the caffeine intake was strong! I would definitely come back if I was in the area again.
