I am accustomed to going to the one in Temecula. It's an unbeatable location but I was still eager to try this franchise in Huntington Beach . Got home with my food and the chicken had a really dark brown coating and was chewy not crunchy. I got TWO mashed potatoes, instead my order of coleslaw. Just a HUGE slap in the face for my Easter meal. C'mon you guys. You CAN do better. How many days was the chicken re-cooked over and over? My own shoe would have tasted better.?Never again. You lost a frequent customer.
Incompetent workers here. I dont even know how they stay in business. I get angry just thinking about their service. Literally everything you order is wrong! I have giving this place 8 chances, yes you read correctly, 8 chances! And each time they keep messing up my order. I honestly think the staff there are doing it on purpose BECAUSE how you are you going to ask me what are tenders? What?! You work at Popeye but yet you are asking me what are tenders?? Holy cow...??

This place sucks. Out of half the items on the menu. Super slow. The person working the counter has no idea what they are doing. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. What a waste. Tables are dirty and no one is cleaning them. Disgusting
Worat place ever, not concern of people waiting a long time for the food, and when received food and got home was wrong. Not happy with service and food, im not coming back at all.
Large size Frenchfries. Only 1/2 box filled. Roughly $1=12 pieces of fries. Stale, could be the leftovers from yesterday. Came in at 12 noon they don't have chicken leg & thighs ( ran out since yesterday) according to staff.
They didn't have any white meat at 1:00 pm on Sunday. Second Popeyes that I came across this. I hope it's not a trend. Left and had a Hamburger somewhere else.
