Today I ordered a classic fish dinner on Postmates. I received a call from this location & they told me they don’t have “any” sandwiches. So I asked them to give me a 5 piece chicken tender instead. All they had to do is replace the classic fish dinner with the 5 piece tender dinner. When my order arrived, I didn’t receive my 5 piece tender dinner. On April 30 2022, there were “incorrect” items & “missing” items from my order also. I’m very disappointed in staff that has been on duty for these last two orders. I don’t recommend this location.
I drove in the drive thru tonight around 9:30 pm I ordered 5 pc mix meal for 2 & ordered some butterfly shrimp with fries and drove off when I got home I was missing my butterfly shrimp I was extremely mad by the time I called it was already closed Im definitely saving the receipt and getting my shrimps& fries $6 idc I will show up in person tomorrow !!!
The best fried chicken around. This place leaves kfc in the dust. The chicken are perfectly seasoned and juicy. While not at the level of fried chicken in Texas or new Mexico, it's the best in socal.
Food quality has dwindled greatly. No longer worth paying their higher prices and gone are the specials and worthy deals. Will be going back to KFC.
Made the mistake of not checking the bag before leaving the window at the drive thru...we ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 1 regular fries...got home and had 1 chicken sandwich and the fries...was charged for 1 sandwich and 1 sandwich dinner?they never answer their phone...if you go here go inside and watch them do your order...incompetent people...
Love this staff. Chill and friendly. The one on beach is trash. Only thing good about that one is they have a drive thru.
Every time I’ve ever gone to this location they either get my order wrong or the employees just are straight up douche bags. I ordered a large red beans and rice with the 8 piece nuggets and when I finally checked my bag they gave me large fries. I tried calling the store and they just don’t answer. Looks like I’m going to have to call their DM AGAIN. And of course no receipt was given. To this day 02/07/2022 no return phone call from any management of this location or region…shame on you Popeyes!
I was rather disappointed. I came in hungry but for whatever reasons they chose to serve me the starved midget bird. For the premium price you'd think they'd offer some meat on the bones. No point in returning in the future if this is what you get. But the mashed potatoes and slaw were very respectable. Dinky serving too, but was tasty. I imagine if the chicken actually had meat I'd have been happy regarding the somewhat small cup size but hey, when your hungry and ended up with what I received, it's hard to walk out saying I'll definitely be back, that was good! It's been 3 days and I'm still feeling dissatisfied with the memory. Evidently enough to prompt this review.
I don't think it deserves any stars!!!..my reason being is the manager is really rude & mean to his employees I've seen & herd him that's not cool but the employees should get a raise they take a lot in from the customer and manager but they don't give up now that is what a team should do ,i call that....TEAM WORK..U ROCK EMPLOYEES OF WEST MINSTER POPEYE'S.. Four piece combo with mac n cheese was great. Staff was friendly. Don't forget the hot sauce.
