Banquet room looks clean and owner is super friendly. Will recommend to everyone.

This is a great venue for a celebration if you live in the surrounding areas. The banquet hall is nicely decorated and lends itself to a variety of decor options. The walls are draped in white fabric and they did a very good job adding just enough "sparkle" to make the venue inviting. The floor cement is glossed and very well maintained. The capacity is 250 people. The tables are round and the chairs (although a light weight metal) were silver and replicas of the bamboo style reception chairs; the chairs all had a small black cushion. However, if you are looking for a more desirable location or looking for a facility with a highly impressive entrance and highly accommodating restrooms, this may not be suitable for you. The banquet hall is located in a common place strip mall with public parking. The women's restroom had 4 stalls. During my visit, one stall was not working and another stall got backed up. The restrooms definitely need more maintenance. The hall serves as both a banquet hall and restaurant. I was only there for a sweet sixteen so I do not know how the restaurant is set up nor what is served.
Bathroom all dirty, no one clean, water all over! No one pick up the empty plates from tables! Terrible service

This is a banquet room not a regular restaurant and decor not very elegant. Bathroom's just so so. They have a large kitchen but food is not prepared there but catered in from somewhere else so you're paying double catering. Been there a few times and the boring food was always the same ... steak & salmon. Previous times food was mediocre with tough steak & dry salmon. This time food was OK.We bought 60 VIP tickets to a French musical event held there to celebrate my husband's birthday. This place does not offer any selections of wines so I brought in my own with understanding that corkage fee is $10 each. Well when we brought in the wines, we were harassed and given a very hard time. Friends brought in wine bottles as gift and were told to leave them in the car or pay $10 whether wine is opened or not. THIS SERVES AS A WARNING to those who book parties here.There was supposed to be a large bottle of soda on each table ... none were provided. You want water ... they don't serve any, you have to pay $2 for each small bottle of water. We were lucky to get ice for free ... what a rip off.They squeezed 10 people into a table for 8 so very uncomfortable to try to eat your meal. Service was very disorganized and extremely slow. I felt very bad for the servers as they were very confused. I've been to many many venues and none as poorly organized as this. Complete chaos!!!I was told by the organizer of the event that the restaurant will take care of delivering the birthday cake to our tables. Well being cautious I went into the kitchen and our cake was still in the fridge ... the trolley was dirty. I had to wipe it down and there was no covering for the trolley so it looked pretty bad. The gal in the kitchen told me to get out of kitchen as she will push it out for us.Well she pushed it to the back of the large banquet room and left it there. I had to rush back to push it to the front where our tables were.All in all we had a very negative experience. The owner was there but he was unfriendly and non-cooperative. We will never set foot in this place ever again.People take your money elsewhere where you'll get much better service. Especially, DO NOT plan your wedding here ... you'll be very very disappointed. There are so many banquet rooms around who offer much better service for your money.
Not really a restaurant anymore it's a place where you can rent and have parties and such
