Delicious desserts that are refreshing and not nauseating in sweetness. Customers can order either at the counter or at the kiosk to the side of the register. The jelly desserts have great texture to the bite and the cream included makes is a must add. May get a bit busy but worth getting after having a meal in the same plaza.

Stopped by here on a cold day to enjoy cold desserts. Ordered their Icy Grass Jelly Signature and felt it took a bit too long (20 minutes after ordering). Customer service at the cashier was subpar, and after all that there was still missing 1 topping and the cream.
Terribly disorganized. Workers are all over each other trying to make drinks at 1 station. I waited in line for 30 mins with no one taking orders. 30 mins later, only one person's order was taken. Then a worker comes out to inform everyone in line that once their order is placed, there is an hour wait. Ridiculous.
Clean seating indoor and outdoor. Desserts were good depending on what you ordered. Definitely stay away from the egg waffle if you don't want to wait a ridiculously long time.
I got an original egg waffle and it turned out to have raw and cold batter mix in the inside. I'm relatively sure it's because this is a new store and everyone is still being trained, but definitely wasn't what I expected considering I waited 10 minutes for it. Hope it can improve in the future as more time goes by.
One of my favorite Taiwanese dessert shops. This was one of the biggest ones I’ve ever been too. What I really like about them is that they don’t make it too sweet.
This is one of a newer Taiwanese desert Boba places in Little Saigon. There are plenty of similar places but this has its own style. It has the most indoor seats as well as plenty outdoor seats for large groups. The price is very reasonable and They have great boba selections. There are plenty of parking spaces and it's handicap friendly facility. They do have restroom inside of the store.
Food is good & delicious but service is REALLY BAD. I asked for 3 extra creamers ( i have 2 order of icy) because we love to have a lot of creamer in the icy food, especially my parents, they love the food because of having creamer in there. But the employees said they can only give me 2 extra. Really???? The guy stood next to me one minute earlier was asking for 4 extra, & they gave it to him without a glance. I have 2 orders, & asked for 3 extra, the answer is NO????? I used to go to Irvine location to eat before, & i could ask for as many as i want. I usually asked for 4-5 extra creamer for 2 orders, they gave it to me without questioning….. not sure why this location is so thrifty about this little thing. Made me lost my appetite. & the most important thing is…. My parents are so dissappointed & they are the ones who always ask me to buy this dessert for them almost EVERYDAY !!!!! It’s little thing but it really gets to my nerve ????
