I ordered milk tea with light ice so they left more than an inch of room from the top of my cup and wouldn’t fill it when i said something. Greedy business that I won’t be coming back to.
Would give less than 1 star if I could. Been here 3 times and every single time the sandwich is essentially just bread and carrots…and I mean bare bones. A disgraceful amount of meat and cilantro, usually just stems. Not sure why I gave them a 3rd chance lol. Honestly the owner of this particular branch should feel ashamed to be serving this junk

For a chain bahn-mi sandwich this place isn't s bad. The service was bit slow. Biggest complain, soooooo little meat in my sandwich.
I always stop for the Thai tea. Very good.

I love Lee's, but lately this location needs some help! Their lights are flickering, the AC is off, and the heat lamps for the food flicker too. My sandwich was greasy and runny. Hopefully they can get back to the quality they used to have!
