Some games were broken, food was awful, and dishes were dirty. The workers at the steam table were rude and some were not wearing gloves when handling the food. Only gave it 3 stars because we did have fun and because the manager Dom and the young man who welcomed us were very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would! Filthy! The floors were absolutely filthy, bathrooms were disgusting! We were there for a birthday party, we got to our room set our things down and went to get some food, well there wasn't any food! EVERYTHING was empty! The drink machines were not working either! We had to go to target to get 2ltrs just to serve the guests! Terrible terrible terrible... never going back. This place has really gone down the crapper!

I spent almost $200 for my family and the food was very limited. The salad was not fresh and only three or four types of pizzas were available only. They had no ice cream and the manager replied that the company sends only a limited supply of food to that store. It's not worth it if you even going to spend over $100. And half of the games were not working.

Firstly service was good, however that's all. $15.99 for mediocre barely warn pizza, and the food bar was filled with almost empty crusty serving pans, overcooked and dry pasta, salad bar had empty and gray Italian dressing. The desert section was disgusting, soft-serve machines were dripping with overflowing catch trays and used ice cream cones floating in a soupy mess. If OC Health had made a surprise visit this place would have been shut down.

It served it's purpose. This is a visit every couple years kind of place. A change of scenery for the kid, had plenty of options for food, some attractions were down but we all still had a blast. The place will definitely create some memories for the family of that's west you're after.

As an Ex-employee, if you don't want to support a business that serves disgusting food, treats their employees unfairly, overcharges for everything, and where half of the games are broken, then do not come to this restaurant.First the food. The pizza is ok, but I beg you, do not eat the chicken for your own safety. I have seen firsthand the standards that are applied to chicken here and they are low. Firstly, it is low quality and frozen, secondly, there isn't a high standard of food safety. One time we had to dump a bucket of rancid chicken blood we had been keeping for god knows how long into a floor drain, not the highest standards of cleanliness for sure. Most of the food is mediocre anyways.Secondly the games and rides. Us employees on the game floor were so overworked and understaffed that we were almost always unable to keep up with good covid cleaning standards. With games constantly breaking and with rides constantly needing to be operating, and prizes constantly needing to be given out, we could only usually clean at the end of the day. And the paper towels we use to clean... they had black blotches on the sides, which I could only assume is mold. That's right, the games your children have been touching have likely been cleaned with moldy paper towels. The games themselves aren't even that good, there are way too many understocked claw machines and generic spinning wheel games, that could easily be replaced with better and more unique choices. I should also mention that the prize counter is often poorly stocked, us employees asked management for it to be restocked but they almost never do until the entire thing looks abandoned.Finally, the working conditions. Employees have no protection from abusive customers and are often harassed daily for miniscule reasons. Scheduling is all over the place and the store is usually understaffed, even when the store director acknowledges that there are many parties that day. We only had 1 card that we could use to refund the games, so when multiple games break at once (as they usually do) The employees will have to make customers wait until they can get the card. Us employees had time and time again asked management to print more cards, but once again they refused to constantly. Since it was so busy we often didn't have time to take a second ten minute break that we are legally entitled to. Our store director was the worst and threatened an employee with termination if they had to take any more medical time off, which is illegalOverall if you want good games, go to an actual arcade. if you want good food, go to an actual restaurant. This place doesn't succeed as either of them

The place was ok. Some games are not working properly and the food is just so-so. Its not too good,and its not too bad.

Night and Day from the Buena Park location. The game selection was great and the games were reasonably priced also. Nothing worse then putting all the games at such a high token amount you have to spend 100 just for any game play. Here I spent 40 and was able to enjoy the whole arcade with my family for about 1:30.

This is a thank you to Stephanie in the arcade. I won't write a big story about how bad our experience last week was for my fiances birthday. We called corporate and they invited us back this week and we decided to go for my sister in laws birthday. We got there right when they opened and ordered a specialty pizza the spicy peanut butter one it is the family favorite. The gentleman that I talked to never ordered it and we came to find out 20 minutes later after we all waited, that it had not been ordered. This same gentleman left us hanging at the arcades when we asked him about an issue we had with one of the games there. Long story short we are greatful we ran into Stephanie whos attitude and positivity helped change another bad experience into a really good one. She was very attentive to our needs and was able to turn our day into a much better experience. As a business owner I would like to congratulate her on her amazing customer service and attitude. The whole family couldn't stop talking about how much we appreciated her..... Once again Stephanie thank you and we hope to see you again on our next visit.

Everything was going wrong until Stephanie stepped in she truly made our experience incredible thank you for much for helping us with our game needs we will definitely be returning to you're location
