I had very bad experience at this El Pollo Loco. 1 is she took the wrong order, and he couldn't count, and he really couldn't understand English very well. I had to reorder my food again. I asked her two bags of flour tortilla and he gave me nine. The order was so messed up, I was very angry. This place is really starting to have bad service. I hope someone will take care of this problem as soon as possible thank you
I will never come back to this location again!!! Here are the reasons:1. I ordered 16 pieces of chickens. The worker packed my ordered and let it sit around for 10 minutes to go look for containers to get the salsa for me. He gave me only 4 containers of salsa and I asked if I could please get a little extra salsa, but he said there was no more. I asked if I could have other types of sauces instead if salsa was out and he even said there was no more too….Would you believe him that there wasn’t anymore sauces at all???2. Chickens were cold and dried (they were not given the chickens from the grill. Chickens were also burned (see photos)3. A piece of hair was in the rice4. Workers were not pleasantPlease take my advice and not to come to this location. I anticipate they will definitely be closing out this location soon if this is how they are running their business.
I ordered to go, I asked for salsa didn't receive any. Chicken was super dry. My chips were missing.I went inside to get my salsa. They were rude like it was my fault.Dinning room area was filthy.This pollo loco needs to work on customer service and quality food.Not even close to there mission statement.So sad there's so many people looking for work.Unfortunate that this team doesn't care and just burning there hours with no regard to customer service.
I went in to get the new Beef Birria Tacos since i had the Beef Quesada and it was Awesome, so i get off work go in order them get home and i open the box I see the tacos wrapped up take one out and it feels really lite.. so i open the taco and seriously hardly any meat in it I was shocked! I looked at other hardly any meat in it.. and of course i just got off work I had not eaten all day so I ate it.. so i call up and ask to talk to a manger or supervisor I was going to talk to Jose I had pictures to show him.. he comes over I explain how much I liked the Quesada so I tried the tacos but there was no meat in it..I show him the pictures he goes that is the way its made.I go for $9.00 you get that little of meat? the Quesada has more meat ..he says it's 2 ounces of meat.. It did not look or seem like it I told Jose i guess i won't be getting the taco again what a rip off.. I also am going to show anyone who is in The Store and they order it.. I am going to tell them its not worth the 9.00 and show them the pictures! see picture of quesadilla last picture look at the meat compared to the taco.. seem weird the big difference for the same price?? went to go in to the restaurant, I was doing my laundry next door and I think I saw Jose at the register, so I did not go in..just do not feel good about him as a Manager as far as honesty goes! hopefully he will not be there next time I want to eat.. 4/28/22 update
Great value! The location closer to my home closed down. I hope this one stays open!
They make too big of a deal over some dang creamy cilantro ranch sauce. Putting limits on a condiment just makes you petty.
I ordered 2 Birria Burrito boxes. Burritos were full of rice and beans and very little meat. Now I know why burritos were big and fat. They should call these burritos Rice n Bean w/a tease of Birria. Was a disappointment. Chips were not fresh. Taste old. Not good for El Pollo Loco. Also, the lady w/big fake eye lashes in the front is mean if you ask any questions. Maybe I should reconsider this location.

Honestly this location is the worse. They hire people with no customer service, they never have all the products (which I understand due to covid) but to treat your customers like they are trash? Come on workers. Get it together. If you don’t want to work. Don’t work, but don’t take it out on the customers. I drive 15 minutes extra to get el pollo loco just because this location sucks !
My Trails were undercooked I had a hair in my salad and it was just a poor experience all the way around the only reason why go back is because the chicken is amazing the food is great normally I'm using never had a problem this time I had every problem possible
