Employees refused to let me use the restroom. It was 6:30 am, no other customers in the store. I was having a "feminine emergency" and the employees refused to open the restroom for me. They insisted it was for employees only and that I needed to find somewhere else. Absolutely no compassion.I hope no other woman ever has to experience the shame and humiliation I experienced this morning at this Dunkin Donuts location.
Just got out of the drive thru, the kid who got me my iced tea was fine and the tea is fine but it's 5:00 pm and they are out of donuts.Google says they're open until 9:00 and they're out of the product in the name of the franchise.This is like when I pulled into a KFC after work and they said they were out of fried chicken.Like, I get that you have some other stuff but that's your one job to have the product in your name if nothing else.I asked the kid who gave me my tea if this was normal and all he had to say was "we ran out of them in the morning." He wouldn't confirm or deny if it was a regular occurrence just that they've been out of donuts basically all day. Mind blown.
This place is good most of the time but sometimes all I get is attitude from the women making my coffee. It makes me really sad because I like dunks and I want to support the women working there but they are usually pretty nasty with you. The one who helped me this morning was cussing at her coworkers loud enough for me to hear her in the drive thru window. It just seems strange, like they don’t care about their job.
So I have a problem with people having a job that they don't want no one told you to take a job the you are not willing to do, having a job that you have to deal with people is very hard and can be stressful but you have to understand we are coming here to spend are money and interned for that you get a paycheck. If we did not then you would be looking for a job, find something that you are good at and do that do come to a job and my interaction with you is bad and now my day is starting of bad and I have to write this review. Will have to think about coming back here again!!!
Dunkin' has great coffee, and variety of flavors. However, what disappoints me is how I pay for ice rather than coffee. I often ask for light ice and somehow end up with 70-75% ice. In the future l'd recommend asking for ice on the side, and adding it to your drink yourself (preference).
Food is good, service not good, the tables seem like no one clean during open.
First time trying their drinks and I liked it. What I liked most was that the drinks weren't too sweet.Also, the avocado toast was very good as well. I think it was toasted the right amount.
I love DD and I am a DD fan and have been for years! No matter where I go, I look for the nearest DD! The coffee and doughnuts are wonderful and the breakfast Power Breakfast sandwich is awesome!
Service is not that great but I love the coffee
Fast and friendly service. I feel the donuts are overrated. I prefer the donuts at the smaller independent shops, they seem to taste better to me.
